The behaviour and attitude of the two ?managers? at the Twiggy Q&A screening today was shameful and somewhat ruined what would have been a great day. The other staff were all fine and it?s a nice cinema but this is it for me now with the Curzon Mayfair sadly.

We were in cinema room 1 which is not like the other pictures you see on reviews. The seats are worn which stains. There are no tables or cup holders to put drinks and snacks so you hold everything or put them on the floor. We even paid extra for the seats we had but really was not worth it. Very much needs new seat covers and a makeover. The staff were nice tho

Great screen, aura of importance about the place, toilets are a bit cramped with urinals just behind the inside door.

An otherwise nice experience ruined by a negative interaction with a staff member. Towards the end of the credits of the film, I had my phone out to take a picture and was looking for a friend?s name as they worked on the film. I was told loudly by a member of staff that this was not allowed (which I thought was a bit much as it was the credits but whatever, fair enough) and I apologised. I was then told aggressively to delete the photo and she demanded I show my phone to her so she could check it. I accept I was in the wrong for trying to take a photo and I?m aware people have to do their jobs and enforce rules, but there is no need to be so aggressive and nasty. Also, on my way out, I could hear another member of staff talking about me to a few other people and calling me ?naughty? as I was standing right there. I don?t think I?ll be coming back as I was really stressed out by the way I was spoken to and about. I don?t usually write reviews anywhere, let alone bad ones, but this really upset me.

I love Curzon cinemas they have a touch of class without the price. They do offer alternative snacks like dried cranberries. They do offer soft drinks alcohol and popcorn.
For me Curzon is the cinema chain. There isn't a better one.

Great place for a retro cinema experience. So much nicer than a large multiplex. I do wish they would give the time when the film starts rather than when the adverts start.

Went to preview screening of rebel moon scargiver though had to leave before film and actor introduction as staff handed out nut which my career allergic. Career said she has airborne allergy staff handing out questioned her and basically made fun of her allergy had to leave as career could die from allergy and i left as need career as I'm disabled. staff said would contact career about what happened not herd anything a week later if you have allergies do not go to this establishment
