Avoid at all costs. Awful customer service, can't speak to a manager, and refuses to provide a refund. I ordered a dishwasher and paid to have it installed. Installation was done poorly and incorrectly meaning an error code kept appearing on the dishwasher. My son had to reinstall it to get it working as the pipes and isolation valve were incorrectly fitted/turned off. When i phoned to complain and get a refund of my installation fee I was told that I wouldn't be receiving a refund and can't speak to a manager, as they don't talk to customers and I would have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back. Customer service is non-existant. The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Never again.

I bought an expensive Samsung American Fridge Freezer and paid for installation. With a few days it develpoped a fault whereby the ice / water dispenser didn;t function. I was bounced around between Currys and Samsung for three days, neither assisting to replace the item. Currys sent an engineer who decided it was faulty, but still Currys refused to replace the item under the Consumer Rights Act. It felt like they thought if they obstructed enough, I'd go away.

Absolutely terrible service! Came in today wanting to buy a Garmin watch and left 25minutes later after having 3 salesmen ignore my requests for help. You lost a sale today and I am shocked at the level of incompetence of this business!!! Catch a wake up Curry?s!

This is my local store and I?m so upset because not once but twice my father has been missed treated as a elderly man by the same individual (Sanjay) my father has vision impairment and this sales worker took the advantage. No compassion for customers at all!! I?m so upset I want to take this to head office and spread awareness on socials. As I want an understanding how staff can get away with this appalling behaviour. Everyone should be treated equally just because his elderly he shouldn?t have to bring his children so he wouldn?t get missed treated?.aint Curry?s meant to be a family friendly store???

Worst company and customer service that has ever existed!! I can?t tell you how much stress and angst this company, customer service and delivery teams have caused us. It is absolutely appalling that a company like this can exist and lack of customer service. STAY CLEAR OF CURRYS!!!
