Spent about 30 minutes waiting to speak to the only person handling repairs out of about 10 staff, only to be told I'm out of warranty on my phone, but later found out an extended repair programme is in place for this handset and so I am eligible for a free repair. Essentially go here and you wait half an hour to be given wrong information.
Staff quite friendly though just would be good if they knew things

Staff did seem helpful but most of the peripherals seemed to be out of stock and there was very little range for what I'd expected to be a flagship store. Went to Argos around the corner instead

Went to buy headphones, didn?t understand the products and gave incorrect information, eventually decided what to buy using the internet, then they didn?t have any stock and sent me to the Apple Store who sorted me out.

I went there to ask about meta quest, they didn?t have it, but the staff was really nice and they answered all my questions and even suggested me if I should go with meta quest 3 or 3S.

The employees at the Currys on Oxford Street in Soho are lazy and care more about chatting with each other than helping customers. I walked to 3 employees and asked to have a product get unlocked. None of them acknowledged me, as they were too busy talking. A couple of minutes later, one employee finally helped me. When I went to queue up (line up) to buy the product, it wasn't obvious where to stand or who could help me. I eventually stood behind a cash register. The person behind me in the queue walked to another register and got served before me. Eventually, I moved to another register and someone helped me. The employees here are care free. There's probably no manager to supervise them.

Came here to browse today. Small store but have nice displays for laptops on the ground floor. The laptops display the price and the specs which is useful.

Multiple staff were not attentive, unhelpful and unwilling to serve me. Shockingly bad service. Won't be going back to the Oxford Street store, staff only interested in socialising amongst themselves than to serve customers.

Staffs chatting to each other couldnt care less for customers. Lots of them were free while I was waiting to pay for 10 minutes. They dont even look around or give any care to their surroundings.

Absolutely terrible. 3 or 4 staff doing nothing on a saturday morning, another stating there was no programme required to run a DVD when you purchase an external drive! Totally clueless.

I was specifically looking for a store that sold Garmin watches, because they are quite expensive and it is difficult to understand whether the size will fit. I did not immediately understand whether the girl was a staff or not, and although it was clear that I was looking for, she only reacted when I asked her. The next step was that she said that she would not show me the watches, I could only look at the boxes, and when I asked her if this was such a bad joke and how I could choose a watch worth 300-600 pounds per box, she told me that I could go to John Lewis and look there

Not to recommend. The unfriendliest and unhelpful personnel I have experienced in a long time. Plus: products are quite expensive.
