This branch has now closed. I've tried contacting Costa Coffee since it still says on their site that this branch is open bit nothing has been done yet. As a company Costa should be on top of this, rather than relying on customers to let people know.

Toilet not working for 3weeks they send ppl to the pub across the road despite not asking the staff at the pub. How can a big company like Costa not fix a toilet in 3weeks??! I feel for the pub across the road being treated like a public toilet at least tell your customers to ask the staff at the pub if they can use the toilet, incredibly rude

One of the best Costas in London. That's not meaning others aren't good. I just love the feeling of openness hete. The service is really good. Coffee and food are always consistent.

Aweful staff. Very few customers in the shop, no greeting from the staff on arrival at till, or any other words spoken during transaction. Ordered a panini but was not called when it was ready for collection from counter (delivery to my table 3 metres away would have been nice in a perfect world). So panini was cold when i realised it had been lying out. It diesnt take much to be courteous to customers but this branch has had a howler this morning!

This Costa isn't super packed which I found great. However we were told they were closing at 15:20 which I felt was a bit rude as we had a Meetup event scheduled there and that is definitely not the closing time.
