They put aircon so cold that you cant sit there for a minute. Not an atmosphere to sit and relax or even have a coffee!! And they dont have cinnamon gor my cappucino

The general manager is AMAZING. I work across the street and his customer service makes most my days. He is so lovely, attentive, funny and he knows how to provide customer service! He is an absolute diamond in that costa and I hope he gets rewarded the way he deserves!!! Thank you so much

Alouna (sorry if misspelt) was super helpful in getting me some water that wasn?t sparkling (all they had on sale was either a whole litre of still water or a small bottle of sparkling - nothing in between). Really appreciated as I had to take some meds. Thank you! X

Quick service. Well stocked and nice staff. The festive latte was really nice and they had lots of yummy looking festive treats.
