JERMICA NEEDS TO GO!
My first-time visit to Clarks was unfortunately ruined by an employee's unprofessional conduct. After patiently waiting for a seat in a busy store, two chairs became available. I sat for a few seconds, waving my partner and baby over, when an employee named JERMICA abruptly approached me. Without any pleasantries or explanation, and wearing a nasty face, she rudely told me, ?I?m gonna need those seats.? Her attitude was shocking, and her demeanor was completely lacking in basic customer service.
This interaction was deeply upsetting, especially since we needed the seats to properly measure our baby's feet before a purchase. This was meant to be a special day out for us. I was so disgusted by JERMICA?s attitude that we left without buying anything. It?s unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect. JERMICA?s behavior directly cost the store a sale, and I will not be returning to Clarks because of this experience. I informed the manager and I do hope he takes action.

Customer service is appalling and the workers here are rude and simply seem like they just don?t want to be there. The fact no worker actually approached me and I had to ask someone myself is crazy (the store only had few people in there).
I wanted to try on a pair of shoes and measure the sizing of my feet, and simply the guy who assisted me literally didn?t even care. Normally when I?m in clarks, a worker has to STAY and ASSIST you, not wobble off and go on their phone. I even had to ask the worker myself which shoes I wanted to try on (cause normally they ask you). Also during the trying on process, the worker just left and didn?t even ask me if the shoes were comfortable etc.
Out of all the Clarks stores I?ve been in, this one has had the worst customer service and it?s just shocking. Since this is a store in London I was expecting great service, seems like the stores outside of London are way better then! ????

No one wouldn?t serve before asking, despite the store being rather quiet. We were served by a salesperson Tanya, she became almost aggressive after me declining to purchase a polishing balm. This was never the quality of service I experienced with any brands that sells products over certain standards.

No customer service etiquette at the menswear floor. Really disappointing experience. Good quality shoes however.

I visited the Oxford Street store on Sunday, 10th August. Two staff (both South Asian) were chatting away and ignored me at first. I picked up a displayed bag and asked if they had a new one. The male staff said they should have plenty, and the female staff went to check. When she returned, she put a bag on the counter, claiming it was new. It was clearly the displayed one (the shoulder strap showed signs of use), and the one I?d picked up was gone. I asked if they had another, and the other male staff said there were none in stock.
Why lie instead of just saying it was the last one? They went back to chatting. Poor service, unmotivated staff..Clarks looked cheap and disappointing.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store, and I have to say ? not only is the quality outstanding, but the service was truly exceptional. Despite the store being right in the heart of one of London?s busiest streets and during a hectic weekend, we were treated with the utmost attention and care. A special thanks to Zoha, who went above and beyond to help us. Her expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in finding the perfect pair. A fantastic shopping experience from start to finish!

Avoid. They lie to get you to buy shoes and then you can?t return them, even if they?re faulty. Plus they are sneaky and try to get you to give them your email address to put you in their system, they will attempt to make people believe they don?t do paper receipts anymore.
The salesperson Saika hovered over me while I tried on shoes. She advised me not to get a bigger size because the leather would eventually give, and told me to wear the sandals with socks to open them. She then lied and told me they don?t do paper receipts anymore, and luckily when I pushed back and said that?s illegal, she finally backed down and said ?so you still want a paper receipt?? and only then gave me one.
The shoes are still too tight and when I went to return them the rude manager was dismissive and told me since they were worn he can?t do anything. I explained but then he literally told me I?d have to call a number (which they don?t staff on the weekend) and left me to the back.
Shocking service, from when I made the purchase to when I tried to get a return. I said I?d even be happy with store credit, but they refused to budge. They?re just interested in your sale and then it?s final, final. Do not do it. Do not purchase anything from here.

Lovely store, however..
I really don?t want to be rude or anything but when i went, the customer service was just disappointing.. I came in knowing I was going to buy an item and everyone was uninterested in helping and slightly passive aggressive even when I made a purchase. We were getting late for evening plans and even when informing them, nothing changed.
I want to clarify that this is probably not a common occurrence as i?m guessing the employees may have had a bad day or some personal issues.
I just hope this helps improve your customer service because anyone else would?ve really complained/ not returned.
