Came in store today to exchange a deformed earrings which purchased a week ago, the lady named Chelsea was very attentive and helpful, she examine the return earring properly,
Even unfortunately the original earring was sold out, she patiently helped me picked out some other amazing options for my exchange, and told me there?s promotion happening in store, which I happily picked out something extra and got myself some brand new earring replacement.
Chelsea is definitely very professional and helpful, highly recommend this store if you need some simple Jewellery for everyday wear. And the company definitely needs to promote Chelsea as she?s the best sales person I ran into in the London retail scene, made my day

Yesterday I got my Lobe piercing done by Becca and she was so helpful and calm as I was bit scared but she was waiting patiently and did my piercing so nicely. A huge shout to BECCA ????

The staff were incredibly helpful. Could not have been nicer. The merchandise is exactly what you would expect for the price point. Good value for the money, but you do get what you pay for.

Very bad ? I had nose pierced there.. It's remove other day they said me if it removed within 3 days come back we will do again.. I went they didn't do like that they saying you need to pay Again.. Very bad staff

I don't normally walk into a Claire's store, but the one time I did, I felt welcomed. There was a nice lady named Chelsea. Great personality with a ten out of ten customer service. Her advice and good mannerism was reason why I was able to pick up what I wanted. She helped me through and through and was polite the whole time we spoke to the point I enjoyed my visit to Claire's. If I ever do choose to waltz back into Claire's, it will have to be the Claire's in Oxford Street. This is only so I can recieve great customer service from Chelsea again. Her knowledge for the items inside the store is another reason why I was able to pick out what it was I wanted. Thanks Chelsea.

Went for an ear piercing. A member of their staff did an excellent job.
I felt the service was a little expensive. I have not checked the rates at the other studios. So I decided to go for it. However, the service was quick and perfect.

Got my ears pierced here and it was a good one! The lady who helped me was very helpful and encouraging. (I wasnt able to get her name!) It didnt hurt and it was done so fast like in less than 10mins. I really appreciate that this branch has a semi private room at the back where they do their piercing (unlike in other places I was choosing from).
I got a stainless steel 3mm at £30 for one piece and came with after care solution that you need to apply for 3x in a day for 3 weeks. (I just wish the solution comes in smaller bottle as it?s unnecessarily big). Before we started, she just asked me to fill a form in a device with my personal details and consent. The actual piercing was painless and fast! The staff was clearly an expert and knows what she is doing. She asked me if the placing was okay with me before proceeding. They use a small silver device that is so precise and quiet. My ear is recovering well.
Only downside was the other staff (with blondish hair) who was not very welcoming. She was supposed to do it at first but the other girl offered to do it (thank God). What?s worse, she told the girl to make it fast so they can close the till. It was 8pm on a Saturday and they close at 9pm. Not very good customer service at all! Very rude actually. You don?t say that in front of a customer. Ever. She was also pushing me to get the higher priced one (almost x2 of the price) so it will not cause allergic reaction, she says. She was very dismissive and not helpful at all.
Overall, I would still go back in case I want another piercing. ?
