Good experience. Went to buy spider man on the Xbox 360 as my locals copy of them weren?t good condition. Good friendly staff had a great interaction with one of them. Great service.

A lot of people will review bomb this place because of their complicated policies. I have had a gimble rejected because I was missing weights, a Razer mouse they didn't like the wear on...
However, if I take a step back, they have to guarantee the stuff for the next buyer. We are part of a circular ecosystem upcycling tech. It is never going to be a simple and clean process.
I like going into this particular store because it always has a buzz and the staff will joke with you while doing their tech checks. It is a bit intimidating, but I am glad it exists. Long live the thrifty nerds.

I love this shop dearly, back in the 90?s we used to get on our knees outside and bow down to it before entering. this was the best video game shop in the south of England once upon a time.
Would love to see it elevated to cater for the more niche retro stuff again.
Was once upon a time the only shop I knew of that sold Neo Geo AES games among a huge variety of others, now it?s the same as every other CEX.
