I came to this branch trying to get my phone repaired (which is under 2 year warranty). I had a terrible experience at a previous branch on Old Kent Road so my expectations were very low. The employee I talked to at the TCR branch is named Kaswar and he was super attentive and helpful, the exact opposite of the experience I got from Old Kent Road. He told me he was new but he did his best to help me figure out how to get my phone repaired. Even said he'd get the store manager to confirm what to do to get my phone repaired. Honestly thank God this guy was around, I didn't have much hope of getting anywhere after my experience at Old Kent road.

I will always go direct and preferably from online, they won't cancel a contract that was given to me in misinformation, I wanted to cancel the contract the next day they made me run around between 3 store's for one week keep telling me system down or manager is not in, none of the staff wanted to help me with the contract but. Instead made me open another one telling me he will cancel this one, then he goes it was cancelled later I found out calling the head office I still hate two contract under my name, finally the head office resolved the issue after investigations.
I've never used the for last 10 year's and I never faced same issues, I've always been with direct company that's the best and easy to resolve any issues.
You won't be running around like a puppet.

The staff at Curry's/ Carphone Warehosue were so genuinely helpful. Deshan made the whole experience so much easier. We are so glad he was there to aid with each step of the purchase. Can't thank him and his team enough!

Unprofessional.
The staff left my bank card and driving license on the table visible, while other customers presented around the table. Even repeated my 3 digits from the back of my card loudly, in front of everyone. No explanation of steps or options, just came back said your card declined! And I noticed I was charged a pound!
He keeps saying go to Vodafone!
I had to Call my bank, as very worried and had to cancel my card. They told me there isn?t any issues with my card, and my credit is excellent. Not sure what happened!

absolute dogsh**e company. I went in to look at the current range and buy something (normal behaviour) and was told they only have Samsungs in stock. display material and promotions were 6 months out of date and misleading. Nobody answers the phone when i called to check stock levels and the web team are just as bad. Everything is driven to get you to go home and buy online. To make matters worse, they trade in the Curry's storefront, wear Curry's uniforms, but dont share a database, so the very helpful people at Curry's can't even help you look for what you want when the inept Carphone warehouse lets you down. JUST DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE - they wont be around in a year to resolve issues and you can guarantee there will be some excuse as to why you're out of luck

Great customer service at the store. Absurdly bad customer service thereafter. Delivery dates were all wrong and it has been absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone to help. I am still trying as of right now. Would expect much better from a store selling expensive / mission-critical products such as PCs.

Only giving a 1 as can't give a zero. I went into 02 and had the most amazing customer service, said was going to pop into curry's to see their delays know the phone. Basically got ignored for 10 mins. 1 girl just stood at the other side of the store doing nothing and couldn't be bothered to ask me if I needed help. Will be buying my phone elsewhere

There is no Google store, after having traveled 50min to visit carphone warehouse I found out it doesn't actually exist. It is a Curry's with only a small concession with Google products. What a disappointment!

Order a phone to collect In store. Their systems are down and I can't collect the phone so I decided to return the phone and repair my old phone. To return the phone is also a hassle and I was supposed to be contacted by carphone warehouse two days ago regarding my return still haven't been contacted. I know have to pop into the shop for the 4th time to ask what went wrong so inconvenient and annoying. Terrible firm

Never thought I would be writing a review about a carphone warehouse shop but honestly this one is just terrible, if you have to go then go to one of the nearby ones e.g. oxford st, went in just to try to buy a phone case and staff were unhelpful and rude, on top of joking around with each other at the same time as talking to customers, couldn't imagine actually trying to do something more time-consuming like setting up a new contract there.
