Staff are sooo rude! Both of them I was so kind to them 2 times now and both times have been treated awfully the drink was nice tho but when I?m saying thank you so much and please and thank you the staff had absolutely no manners! They will know who is writing this review bc they probably acknowledge how rude they were to me when I was being nice. Which I go to a lot of places and never am treated like this the atmosphere is nice as it?s on a busy road but as for the staff please?. They have major attitude problems and I?m not even saying that to be rude only rude establishment I?ve been to not the vibe idk if the boy thinks he?s giving snejana onopka and the lady thinks she?s a kardashian but their not the vibe. There?s a blonde lady who is nice but only seen her once.

The best coffee shop in the world with the best staff . Wish they would stop creeping up the prices though . It will soon price a lot of customers out .

£7.40 for a coffee and pastry? Are we living in an alternative universe? Areas full of homeless and mentally ill. Id avoid soho.

Great place to grab a coffee eat down and watch people pass by while chatting with your friends. We come here weekly for our coffee and catch up. Not easy to get a table outside as people take them without having anything from this Nero and staff won?t tell them off. Otherwise it?s a great place!

Hope management read this? been going for a decade +, recent staff changes mean they try and give everyone paper cups and even cakes in bags, not on plates with forks, it?s going down hill, a pity for what was a soho institution- get back a cheerful fun and engaged team. Perhaps you need to pay more and offer better terms?

If I could put no stars I would, me and my partner have never experienced such poor service it has actually upset me. The lady serving us was so rude it said she was training and I understand this can be overwhelming but there?s no reason to be so rude. She was tutting her teeth and rolling her eyes. We then had to wait 15 mins for my partners drink as they forgot to make it. To top it off we had change of £3.30 and she kept the 30p and put it in the tip pot without asking. This is theft and out of order you just don?t do it and there was no way we was giving a tip after her mannerisms.

Chain coffee shop let down by the staff who were more interested in their phones than serving customers or clearing tables.

The cortado was very disappointing and the place lacked cleanliness and a fresh feel. With so many cafes around the area I would definitely go to cafe Nero as a last resort.
