Nice and cosy, lots of soft seating in the back. Great on a cold and wet day.
The staff were nice and friendly, it's a great little pit stop if you looking for a quiet place to rest or take a break with a nice tea/coffee and a slice of cake ??

Love the floor tile and wood combo but I have to admit, the coffee isn't great. It's not a dig at this store in particular but generally I think the Nero coffee needs improving.

Croissant was burnt so I had to ask for new one. I asked if the croissant could be warmed up for a few seconds and the waitress said no as it was freshly made. Standard caffe nero . Good seating inside

3 employees working and no queue. You would think one of them would take an order. If you have please time to loose.go there. If you want coffee, go elsewhere.

Cakes were cold from the freezer, coffee was not tasty. The service was not good. There were some beggers in the Caffè asking for money!!
