Inedible un-baked cookie served on a polystyrene plate and average coffee served in a paper cup ? and yes, I was eating in. Cafe Nero used to be a perfectly OK chain. Every one I go into these days seems to be worse than the previous one. Today?s was the nadir. Never again.

While this Café is at a convenient location and the atmosphere inside is lovely, the customer service is not great. The baristas appear to be rude and unhelpful and I rarely have a good experience with them.Just the other day, I wanted to purchase coffee capsules, which they usually sell but on this occasion none was on display. I've asked the barista if they had any in the back but he just shrugged his shoulder.

I have tried their Skinny White Cappuccino. It was better than some the coffee shop around that area. I have served by one the Asian girl who was wearing black hijab. She was very friendly and polite.

Great place to chill, foods not great I never eat it as the vegan options are limited and too pricey for a toastie or fruits so I just order a decaf tea with soya milk, the service is great and the staff are amazing ?..they need more vegan options at reasonable pricing.

I visited this store today and was warmly greeted by a friendly young woman, but as I was placing my order, her colleague who was of East Asian descent abruptly interrupted me in a rude and dismissive manner and insisted to take my order. When I received my drink, it was handed to me carelessly and the way he looked at me made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I come to this store often and had visited just the day before, when the service and staff were welcoming and friendly. I?d suggest management have a word or even better have him trained on how to greet customers .

Was great to be back near the Uni I studied 9 years ago. Staff was friendly. We had the Sicilian lemon spritz. It tastes good on a warm summer day and after the ice melts.
It was quite annoying to sit between people who smoke constantly. But I guess that?s normal in Britain.
Every time someone left a waiter came to clean the table and adjust the chairs who were placed almost on top of each other. Perhaps they should remove two chairs so people can sit comfortably.

One of the most wonderful cafes in London. The outdoor seating is very elegant and their coffee is excellent. In fact, I am tired of finding good coffee in London.
