My recent visit to Burberry with a friend left me with mixed feelings. While the staff displayed a level of friendliness, it was evident that their attentiveness was more pronounced when it came to the prospect of making a purchase. This selective engagement was a bit frustrating, as I believe a consistent level of attentiveness throughout the entire customer experience is crucial.Despite the initial frustration, I did end up making a purchase. The sales assistant, Natalie, played a key role in this decision. Her approach was friendly and professional, particularly when it became apparent that my friend and I were interested in making a purchase. It's understandable that the staff may prioritize customers who show intent to buy, but I couldn't help but wish for a more consistent and inclusive level of service throughout the entire browsing and purchasing process.While Natalie's assistance was appreciated, I believe enhancing the customer experience at all stages, not just during the potential sale, would contribute to a more positive overall impression. A more balanced approach to customer engagement, regardless of whether a purchase is imminent or not, could go a long way in fostering a welcoming and customer-centric environment.Despite these observations, I did leave Burberry with a purchase, and Natalie's professionalism did contribute positively to my overall experience. However, I believe there is an opportunity for the store to improve its approach to customer engagement and ensure that all visitors feel equally valued, irrespective of their immediate buying intentions.

I am currently visiting London originally from America,Came in just to browse , however I couldn?t leave empty handed all the beautiful bags caught my eye . A lovely lady called Miruna helped me pick out the most perfect bag for me she was so patient and passionate we spent lots of time analysing and talking about the Burberry products . I had a great luxury experience , I can not wait to wear the bag !

Great store, great brand..bought multiple items but beware of Fiona..! All the staff are amazing and helpful apart from this one. Makes you feel unpleasant and will not help you when required. Quiet an artificial attitude and just makes customers uncomfortable. Not friendly at all so would advise you to keep a distance from her, if possible. Rest of the staff are excellent and welcoming as it should be. Burberry can do better and should do better than hire such a ghastly representation of a ?manager? at this store. Disappointed. Watch out.

Grand luxury store! Amazing experience. The place is huge, earlier it was a theater as per the staff. Very good collection and classic Burberry products along with latest collection. Apparently, this is the biggest store of Burberry in the world.
