I think this is the pharmacy we visited before getting on Tottenham Court Road station. We walked in not knowing what a smint was and now we know what a smint is. Anyway self-checkout was easy, thanks

Want night nurse and antihistamine? Queue and pay in two separate places as the ?over the counter? won?t serve anything but.

I popped into this branch to purchase a chilly?s bottle today and Abdullah was so welcoming and helpful.
He made multiple trips in the store to help me find the correct bottle.
Other members of staff were also helpful in helping me find the correct item.
Very lovely people and great service!

Uneducated people work here. After visiting the pharmacy, my psychological health worsened! I do not recommend.

I came in yesterday 10 minutes before closing and a guy refused to serve me. I wanted a fenty product which was in the drawer, he said the girl went home. But all he had to do was get the key and open the drawer so I can buy the produt. I told the manager and he got a girl to help me who was fuming and very moody, she got me the product and then left. She was raising her voice at customers saying they're closing - it was bizarre. I've never experienced such service before just because they were desperate to close! There was still 10 minutes left! Appalling

Bad experience on the 8th of September. I was referred to this pharmacy through the nhs to collect an emergency prescription as my pharmacy was closed over the weekend. I got a text from the nhs saying that the prescription request was sent and to go there. I get there and they say they cannot give me the prescription because there is no pharmacist - it was 1pm. I asked why there was no pharmacist and they said that they simply did not turn up because they were a locum pharmacist! I think this is really poor, especially if someone is referred there for an emergency prescription and are relying on them for help. The lady working there was very unhelpful as well as she simply just said there was no pharmacist available and walked off and took a call over the phone about resetting a password; didn?t offer me any solution or salt reactive pharmacy to go to. They should do better.

I went there to collect my order yesterday morning, lady who worked there wasn't very nice, she rolled her eyes when I asked her if I could collect my order...so sad and unpleasant. Won't be coming there again as I felt unwelcomed and guilty to come and collect my order. Boots do some training on your staff please.

Worst boots I?ve been to. Felt dirty, unorganized with boxes everywhere and did not have great selection of product. I wandered around looking for something three separate occasions and could not find a worker to help. Normally a worker would ask if they could help but nobody did. Will not be back.
