The senior lady pharmacist in the pharmacy section was so rude today. She didn?t let me sit on one of the chairs even I have a back injury. She said it was only for customers waiting, clearly there were no customers there. Not all disability is visible, and I think she doesn?t realise that yet. It?s a shame she works on a service industry.

I was almost robbed in the store on the first of September , around 3.40 pm on the second floor and no one tried to do anything until I asked explicitly for help! Even then nothing much happened but the robber run away! And I was surrounded by official store salesmen. And they heard how he guy was trying to mug me!! And they did nothing!

Boots is always my go-to for health, beauty, and everyday essentials. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from skincare and makeup to pharmacy items. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the pharmacy service is reliable with good advice when needed. I also love their Advantage Card points, it?s a great bonus for regular shopping. A really convenient and trustworthy place for all your essentials.

Last Thursday afternoon I went to the boots Piccadilly Circus. I was looking for a specific product I ask one of the member of stuff name is JAHANARA. She was very nice and friendly to me. She has so much patience, she help me so much to find my product. She was very very friendly to me throughout the time. She is very energetic as well. Her customer service skill is reallly good. Keep it up JAHANARA. See you soon when I will go again to the Piccadilly boots. Thanks

Beauty counter doesn't open until 9.30am... so if you were to think - like me - that you can pop in before the crowds, you would be mistaken.

I used to come to this store. The overall environment is very good and clean. The staff are very helpful. I especially thank Ms Jahanara for her advise and suggestions for my product, which I was looking for. She also helped me to find the appropriate item for me.

I came into the store in need of EMERGENCY foundation match and makeup because I had a last minute speed dating event. I saw a lovely employee named Blessing, I told her my predicament and she launched into helping. She asked Amaka, a colleague for assistance. They found the items I desired, gave me the perfect foundation and concealer match that I later purchased and even gave me their expert recommendations. They did this whilst simultaneously helping out other costumers. I am so impressed by these young ladies! So very thankful, Blessing and Amaka are the epitome of excellent customer service; they went over and beyond to help me, especially Blessing who had 5 mins remaining of her shift yet stayed longer, even signing out of work and coming back to the shop floor to assist.Thank you Blessings and Amaka who made me feel so beautiful and confident in my own skin, I've already been singing your praises to everyone that complemented my makeup that day (my dates included) and to all my friends & family. Now I know Boots truly cares for its costumers. Boots should hire more genuine people for sure. I cannot thank them enough. I hope they get to hear this message - Thank you!

Went to the store to buy a concealer.. No one came in for help even though the store was not very crowded. The staff were busy talking among themselves. I finally managed to pick a concealer shade for myself and went and asked one of the staff to help me find the product. She sent her colleague who searched and said that it's not available. Then I asked her if she can help me find a similar shade with some other brand. She blatantly refused and said that I have to go around and find out myself. I was appalled and left the store. I went to John Lewis and was able to buy the same product effortlessly.

After queuing in a line for a real person at a till with cash in hand I was told that I was in the wrong queue and had to use the only two self service cash and card tills. So I stood in the other queue and watched tourists totally confused with the machine take about ten minutes to do their transaction. Then as I was about to go to the cash till a staff member called me back to the first till that I'd gone to in the first place. I told her that I already had gone there and was chased away. The original girl that I'd gone to happened to hear me and openly laughed at me!!
Don't worry people, that store is so busy that we, the public, are merely a laughing matter! ????

Poor customer service ? unhelpful staff
Asked a staff member for help locating two shades of Milk Jelly Blush and was told (without even looking up from his phone) that they don?t carry Milk products at all. Found the blush myself not long after. Disappointing service?wouldn?t recommend this location.

The staff was not that friendly when I asked for help and recommendations at the pharmacy counter. I understand that some days and times are tough but it?s not pleasant to feel like the staff is bothered by your questions

The pharmacy is unreachable on their phone after 10:00pm, no matter how many times one calls. Not sure if that?s the boots policy or this store?s policy, but I?m eager to find out.

The pharmacy could try picking up your phone at 10:42pm when you close at 11:00pm. I?ve been calling for 15 minutes now for some medication I need.
