Served by Maj, great experience. Recommended a variety of items for a safari trip. Recommend to call in advance as they don't have everything from online in store. They can order it to your home.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great range of brands and products. If you get a membership, which is only £5 for a year, the prices, at least the ones I checked, are below prices on Amazon, which really surprised me. Very impressed.

Rude untrained personnel. No outdoors knowledge. To be fair, this location has been like that for years, even back when they were still called Blacks (same company). Only go if you already know what you're looking for.
