Had pre theatre dinner. Husband had the garlic prawns for starters, I had olives. For mains we both had the milanese chicken will loaded fries. We were very pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent.

We were in Chinatown, Soho area and wasn't in the mood to eat Chinese or to spend a fortune on fancy restaurants. So went in here, food is decent and the Merlot was good.

Good pasta, quick waiting time and overall pleasant experience the only thing I would say is that the tables are quite close together and getting in was. Abut of a squeeze. But the food was lovely !

The food is delicious but the hostess is terrible and made for an unpleasant atmosphere which is a shame. She was really annoying and condescending for no reason. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to eat well but also be treated well (by the hostess) not to go here.

Dear Bella Italia Customer Service,
I?m writing to share my disappointment with the service during my recent visit.
There was no staff to greet guests, leaving multiple groups waiting while being told to ?wait 2-5 minutes? as the manager and another staff member unloaded a drink delivery. Every single guest arrival was ignored throughout our visit, and this continued until we left.
Once seated, it took 20 minutes to receive two coffees and a cake. The male waiter was polite and hardworking, but he was clearly overwhelmed. He had to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and even make cocktails and coffees on his own, as no other staff were present on the floor to assist him.
The lack of organization, staffing, and support severely impacted the experience. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure better service in the future.

This is close to the theatres in Shaftesbury Avenue and a short walk from Charing Cross station. The waitress immediately asks if I have any allergies or intolerances.
The restaurant is clean, and the staff are polite and courteous. The staff give you time to choose your meal and drink. And there is so much to choose from including tradittional pizzas. I ordered Pollo Funghi which is mushroom and chicken with pasta. It was hot and tasty and would recommend it, if you hadn't tried it before.
I finished with one of favourites sticky toffee pudding which came with a scoop of ice cream.
The price for the meal and some drinks was reasonable. I definitely would visit again if in that part of theatre land.
