I was looking for certain shirts but this shop didn?t have it. Luckily I found some here that I liked.
I ended up getting a backpack, two shirts here. Amazing quality backpack and the shirts were my style and the fit was excellent. Customer service was very nice and helpful also.
Love the brand and I?ll definitely come back again.

Daughter and I went downstairs to women?s section. Salesman was speaking to another customer. We looked around and waited politley until customer was done. He did not acknowledge us. We asked for several jackets which he did not have in stock in any size smaller than uk 14. He looked reallly put out each time we asked and wasnt remotely helpful in any sense of the word. He just was straighting racks. Absolutely would not give them my business

Excellent Barbour boutique. Staff are on point and friendly. You find rare items here that are not for sale in other shops.

I recently visited the Barbour flagship store, expecting a wide selection given its flagship status. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the limited stock available?it didn?t live up to what I?d expect from a store representing the brand. While the store itself was nicely set up and the staff were friendly, the limited inventory made it hard to find what I was looking for. Would love to see a better selection here in the future!

The girl sales was very useless. WE were looking for a model of Barbour wax jacket for my husdband and she barely answered our questions and doubts. When I found out there were also accessories like the hood and scarfs we on our own sell to our-self these items without any help. When I asked her if they had other colors of scarf she anser no, but we looked around the shop and finally find the color we were looking for. Very unprofessional to be honest,
