Terrible experience. They did not allow me to spilt the payment with different cards. He said he is the manager but cannot take any decisions. What kind of manager is that?? Other Barbour shops never have problems but this one I don?t recommend. Avoid at all cost.

The only words that the manager said to the team was: you want money? So ho and sell. While he was leaning on the wall door using his mobile.The ladies were so rude

Most pathetic shop i have been to. We went to John Lewis at first and here was a bit of choice jumpers but not my size. Lady said to go Regent St. Barbour as they do have more sizes. No. They don't even hold the stock of jumpers and Ladies section is a joke as well. Don't bother. Go elsewhere.

Barbour is always a great idea, if you add to that the sales...... Perfect combo!!!!I purchased a coat.Friendly staff, very helpful, brilliant.(If it's a brand you like) I recommend it.

Be aware staff give old Scottish £10 notes in your change which cannot be used in other shops.Please check your change before leaving the shop.

I went to the Regent Street store, I was very uncomfortable with the staff all the time looking as if I were a thief, I even saw them making gestures to keep looking at me, very unpleasant. I went to the store yesterday, January 8th, in the afternoon.
