Probably one of the best bakeries in London if you are looking for something a bit different and more funky than regular bakes, nori/parmesan croissant is one of the best things I have in my life, price are a bit high but it is central london, it?s worth to pay £1.5 more for a croissant than any other place around, honey toast is nice a bit overrated in my opinion, coffee is also banging, worth a try for sure.
There is always a bit of queue either to take out or to have it inside, still worth if is not over 30 min

Arôme Bakery on Mercer Street is a delightful spot that truly lives up to its reputation. The bakery offers a perfect blend of French patisserie techniques and Asian-inspired flavors, creating a unique and exciting selection of pastries. The cozy, minimalist space adds to the charm, making it a great spot to relax or grab something to-go.
The matcha latte and filter coffee are standouts?they pair perfectly with the bakery?s iconic pastries. The balance of flavors in the matcha latte is just right, and the filter coffee is rich and aromatic, providing a great start to the day. Whether you?re enjoying the pistachio chocolate escargot or the famed honey butter toast, you can?t go wrong.
Be prepared for a bit of a queue, but it?s well worth the wait for these delicious treats. I highly recommend stopping by for anyone in Covent Garden looking for an exceptional bakery experience.

Really amazing fusion pastries but do go early as there's usually a queue outside.

The ambience was good can get highly busy due to the cafe being small.
The matcha egg tart and coconut matcha were both delicious. I thought the tart was made from short crust pastry but it's more like puff pastry. The service was great polite.
It's good to know it's dog friendly.

There's a good reason why there are often queues outside the door at Arôme, they're one of the best bakeries in London. So many delicious things you can't go wrong whatever you pick. Highly recommended.

OK so this place must have been amazing before the hype. Currently:
Queues
Staff look pissed off and uninterested
The seaweed croissant is actually sickly
Due to the demand they have literally no selection, only a few baked items available.
Staff don't know what to recommend they just want to sell the remaining items and clearly go home. No interest in the produce.
Coffee is OK, nothing special.
Soooo sad, this place has potential but I'm definitely not going back.

For the price of a croissant here, you might as well just buy a train ticket to France and go to a bakery there.
The famous toast is worth the queue and price. The croissants are good but debatable whether they?re worth the queue and price.
Also, the tarts are great (matcha ?) but sell out early. (If you sell out every time, make more, no?)

The restaurant is a Korean bakery that is honestly worth a try
We ordered the most famous thing from them:-
Caramelized toast (with honey) rating: 9/10
Pesto bread with tomatoes and cheese 6/10
Flat white 7/10
Black Coffee 10/10
The restaurant has a line outside the restaurant, but it goes fast

Lovely Asian/Parisian bakery in central London. You can queue for a table or just head in to order takeaway if in a rush. The honey toast is good however our favourite was the miso apple danish, the egg tart and the nori & tomato confit pain Suisse. Also the gula melaka latte was a treat.
Kid-friendliness: Extremely easy to bring in a stroller or buggy

I arrived at the bakery around 16:45, knowing it closes at 17:30, but was disappointed to find that almost everything had already been sold out. The friendly server suggested I try the Almond Chocolate Croissant and Almond Croissant, and I must admit, the Almond Chocolate Croissant was incredible ? unlike anything I've had before.
However, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't try the items I had traveled all the way from Milton Keynes for, as they were already gone. Despite there being 45 minutes left until closing, I was told it was too late to restock anything. While I understand they were nearing the end of the day, it would have been nice to have a bit more selection closer to closing time.
That said, I?d love to visit again, hopefully earlier in the day, to experience more of what they offer.
