This review is for an online purchase. I specifically wanted a TV that had Freely TV built in, so a recent 2024 TV. The TV inside the box was already used, the remote control had crust around the buttons and after researching the Model number HE40KEC315UWTS, the TV I was delivered was from 2015, and not a Freely TV, absolutely shocked me, how the hell did this old TV get into this box!! Made me suspicious that they had people in the warehouse swapping new TVs with old ones and hoping people won't notice, awful!
Had to contact them via chat on their website and they organised a driver to pick it up but the driver didn't turn up, so tried to arrange another pickup but the next chat advisor Shahid Md was not helpful at all and refused to arrange a pickup, saying I had to take it to a store, I told him I was advised to arrange a pickup, he said he couldn't. So frustrating, so then I contacted Argos via Facebook and they were much more helpful and arranged a driver, who did pickup the TV and I got a refund. But it was an awful experience! I've purchased smaller, less expensive items via click and collect from Argos before and they have been fine, but this experience was so bizarre and disappointing.

Tried to buy product on tablet, it said reserved but didn?t let me pay. Had to wait 10 mins in a queue not moving with no one serving, like nothing I?ve seen before. Then was told to go to a second tablet to buy the item again except this time I could actually pay. Why do they have two types of tablet, one of which doesn?t work? Bizarre experience

I've always been cautious of BUSH products, due to their poor reputation back in the 'word-of-mouth' days...
However, I was impressed with every aspect of these two DAB radios... until they DIED within 3 years of purchase. BOTH OF THEM...!
First... Horrible, unbearable static...
Second... Unobtainable radio stations...
Third... Cutting out on MAINS and battery...
The 3rd reason scared me enough to pack them away for good.
Both still in immaculate condition... I still have the boxes (as NEW) that they came in and both receipts...
I used one bedside and the other at work (in an office, after hours). In other words, both received very little usage.
Absolutely infuriating... ?

Excellent service at the Argos store, the staff is helpful and quick, and the products are diverse and of high quality. Convenient and efficient shopping experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable purchase.
