The service at this store is very good. I bought my iPhone some months ago there and the service was great. The sales person gave great assistance and also helped me with the data transfer from the old phone to the new one.
Today some month later I came back to ask them to install a new screen protector they sent me as part of the guarantee because the one I bought by that time broke. They installed it without problem and were very willing to help. Next time I want to buy an apple product I?m coming to this store.

My iPhone 15 Pro Max has a hardware problem (plus volume button randomly stopped working even though the phone is in perfect condition otherwise) which occurred when within the 1 year warranty but Apple were unwilling to help and said I would have to pay just under £600 to get the volume button fixed even though it is clearly a hardware problem. They said that because I had bought the phone from O2 that they were not responsible for their Apple iPhone malfunctioning? I have had iPhones for years and years and have been a very loyal customer. I will probably continue to be BUT I do not have the same trust in them that I once had. Years ago I brought an iPhone into an Apple Store that was malfunctioning and they gave me a brand new one as an instant replacement. I was very happy. I don?t expect that now but I do expect for them to own up and fix their faulty product, especially because the fault happened within the 1 year warranty. I have a 1 year old so was too busy to take my iPhone to an Apple Store instantly so by the time I got to the Apple Store it was a couple of weeks out of the 1 year warranty. Anyway, I just wanted to share in case anybody else has had the same experience recently and realises that maybe Apple is not as loyal to its customers as it once was and is becoming more greedy by the day?

Today I had a wonderful experience at your store. I was assisted by a young gentleman who is deaf, and he was supported by a very kind colleague. I had only come in to replace my screen protector, but their professionalism, and warmth truly made my day.
I am deeply impressed by Apple?s commitment to providing opportunities for differently-abled yet highly skilled and kind individuals. It shows not only in the service, but also in the spirit of inclusivity and respect that Apple stands for.
Bravo to both of them ? and to Apple for creating such a positive and inspiring environment! I hope those 2 guys will see this comment too :)

Well, the people right now that I try to look at, for example, a cell phone or a laptop are kind of overwhelming, apart from the fact that I like to look at them or ask questions, but they talk very loudly and we can't. Customers attend their discussions so they talk, and the people who work there or who are trying to sell you a cell phone or laptop talk very loudly.

Horrible Genius Bar experience - 45 minute wait to buy 1 replacement AirPod.
I was booked in at 7pm on a Thursday evening to acquire a replacement AirPod and was sat waiting 45 minutes before being seen. It took them 2-3 minutes to sort the issue. What a totally travesty - Apple I advise you have more tech support or have a triage system instead.

So....
My original goal was to buy a spare powerbeats pro 2 charging case. (Cause I lost mine)
Trying to use the apple support app.
The app keeps running in loop.
Shows me the case price but doesn't provide me with either a link to buy it nor a genius bar appointment...
So I went to the physical apple store.
Took an appointment with the genius bar receptionist. To whom I described my issue.
And he booked the appointment.
Came to the genius bar appointment, the Apple staff was nice and efficient.
But didn't know at all what my issue was...
I wanted to only buy a spare charging case. And of course, spare accessories are not stored in the apple store... (Which I knew and I originally insisted with the Apple Genius bar receptionist...)
But here I am...
I will have to come back a third time to the apple physical store to pick up the spare charging case. (Sending it to my home is not even a suggested choice)
Thanks for listening to customers feedback in order to create the most addictive products.
But no thanks for actually listening to customers when they have simple but outside of the mass issue

Had an absolutely wonderful experience today at this store with a young woman working here called Ayaan. She was extremely efficient and kind to me . Answered all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase . I left the store feeling elated and happy. 10/10 experience and customer service ???

I was upset my phone wouldn?t charge. It was my fault and I apologized to the staff. Getting America to Europe switch is on thing. Just buying a Europe charger from Apple is better!
