Went to the branch on Oxford street / Marble Arch yesterday and WOW what a delight the staff were. Specifically Inaya and Aisha. They helped my friend and I find the right products, outfits and even a fun accessory for a bachelorette. The manager also let us store our shopping bags in the office, which was a thoughtful gesture that often isn?t considered in customer service these days. Overall a truly delightful experience. Highly recommend this branch over Westfield. 10/10 service and the ladies we so kind and friendly. Thank you again to Inaya and Aisha ! Although out of my way, I?ll definitely be going back to this store.

Unhelpful customer service. Went during a quiet time. There were more employees than customers but it took a long time to get assistance as they crowded around the till (only one customer there) and 2 sales assistants served one client.
I said I was there because I?m pregnant and gone up in about 2 cups sizes and I mentioned both points to them. They sent me to the fitting room with one bra to try and it was the same cup as my old bra size? I thought I?d give it a try and safe to say it was way too small. Second option I was given was also too small.
Lack of training at this site is clear. Wasted time.

Never Again!
I purchased a bodysuit from this store three days ago, only to later realize that the security alarm had not been removed. In the meantime, I had discarded the receipt but retained a bank statement clearly indicating the store name and transaction amount.
Upon returning to have the issue resolved, I was met with shockingly rude behavior. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, the staff placed the blame on me for failing to check the alarm?an oversight that is entirely their responsibility. Their insinuations of theft were both offensive and unacceptable, despite my proof of purchase.
As a loyal customer, I expected far better treatment. After this experience, I will not be shopping with this brand again.

terrible experience in this store I spent almost £300 and a girl with red hair didn't put an item I bought I wasted time and money pessimistic service when you go shopping there check if everything is there when I arrived at the store another girl the manager asked to see the bag looked at the camera and it was in a box next to the cashier and was super unfriendly
