I received excellent customer service at the Ann Summers store in Soho. I was warmly greeted by Rutarnya, who instantly made me feel welcome. She was attentive and genuinely helpful, never idle, and went out of her way to make the experience smooth. What really stood out was the balance the team struck in creating a welcoming atmosphere while also maintaining a discreet vibe, something I know many shoppers will appreciate. It made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely visit, and I would definitely recommend this store and look forward to coming back.

I had the best shopping experience at Ann Summers Soho on Saturday 15th! I?ve visited this branch before and, honestly, had experienced horrible customer service in the past. This time, however, it took me completely by surprise,the service was absolutely fantastic. The new manager was incredibly informative and made me feel truly valued. Although I?m not usually a review person, I felt compelled to share how enjoyable my visit was and how well my money was spent. I really hope they keep up this level of service because it made all the difference. I?ll definitely be coming back!Once again thank you for this experience ???

I wish I have read the reviews before going there. The cashier tried stealing from me! Yes, it was intentional! She double scan the most expensive item that I bought. I knew something was wrong. I noticed it on the screen when she was scanning the items. There was 8 items on the list wheb I only bought 6. I interrupted her whilst she's scanning them and ask her to please check again. She said it was okay. I ket her do it and check my receipt afterwards and yes I was right there was an extra item on the receipt. I went bacj to her and ask her to please kindly check. She was rude! She's like how many items are there and she started counting from the receipt and said there was 7 including the bag. I told her yeah that's right but what's printed on the receipt was 8 items. She then started counting again and said yeah 1 is the bag it's right. I then said no because I only bought 6 items plus the bag makes 7. The other lady ask to check the bag and counted and check against the receipt and there she found out they she double charged me for one item. I mean you can't just argue you are right! The cashier should have asked to chevk the items but she insisted it's right and kept talking" it's right!!"!! Trying to steal, not very good. So unprofessional too!!

my first time here, I found a toy by myself and proceeded to check out a lady with pink or red hair stopped me and said the toy I chose was rubbish which made me feel uncomfortable she told me to buy a more expensive toy out of my budget . i was happy with the one I chose and felt slightly pressured . she overloaded me with why I should buy £10 wipes that prevents infection and that I have to buy it? my experience here wasn't good which put me off she wasn't discreet

eww what a disgusting and trifling place to work its not even worth 1 star ! btw this ain't a customer review it's a staff review ......hmmm where do I start ?? the place is run down and dusty , go on swipe your finger across something I guarantee DIRT! no organisation on cleanliness hygiene practices what so ever , the toys on display that are touched on a daily basis don't even get sanitized ....like huh??? talk about germ spreading!!! the store even has pets (if you know what I mean )
the company also don't care if u get groped by sleazy men who come in the store, if we push them off or shout to alert others we're the bad guys ? but its our bodies that are being violated!!(interesting)....
at this point Ann summers is giving cult vibes cause they don't caree about you!! they only care about the money going into their wallets.
management don't care about your mental health or wellbeing , tbh they rather push u to the edge of no return and wonder why people are ....... nvm you'll probably see a change in the rota anyway. . this place will drain the happiness out your soul without a vacuum I wouldn't recommend this place to a animal let alone a human . the security guard is a classic gem he needs more respect on his name !, only a handful of staff are amazing the rest of you are corny and weird especially the one with the my little pony hair she a brown noser.. since this place didn't give a shit about me eat this review with some humble pie ..

Was waiting for 15 minutes outside the shop at 11am on a Saturday, waiting for it to open. There was another lady, i assume a memeber of staff, waiting outside. Did not say anything to me and kept her head glued to her phone. Seems very in line with previous reviews regarding staff. Did not have time to wait any longer so left. Either business hours are wrong or staff are not opening store on time. Disappointing and unprofessional.
