Nice shop with good stock and everything laid out neatly. The absolute winner was the soundtrack, pumping great 90s music with obscure but accessible tracks from STP, Hole, L7 as well as classics from Nirvana and Foo Fighters.
Sales assistance were a little too keen for my personal taste. By the time the fourth assistant was asking how they could help, I was just looking for some space to look around.
Buying a leather jacket, the check out experience was polite and efficient

The team at AllSaints Selfridges London went above and beyond!! I was shopping for the Sienna Ruffled Maxi Dress in black, and in ecru. The team were very attentive!! They assisted me with deciding which colour suited me and which accessories to wear with the dress. They even steamed the creases out of the dress, so the ruffles fell correctly. Thanks to Evie, Mia and Olivia for their help, I felt confident and happy with my purchase. ????

Although it says it closes at 9pm on Google, this AllSaints was open till 10pm today(Friday) and probably other weekdays too. Loved the customer service at the store, thank you so much Gabby :)

Terrible experience from the staff at AllSaints. I was looking at a t-shirt I was considering purchasing and a sales associate came in and pulled it straight out of my hand to give it to someone else. He then proceeded to act extremely rude about it and made me awkwardly leave the store to avoid any conflict. As a tourist and a past customer of All Saints, after this experience I don't think I'll ever shop here again.

This AllSaints branch is located inside Selfrigdes.Super friendly and helpful customer service.I came especially to see if they had the Aimsie Skirt in stock so that I could try before I buy it.I was assisted by a very kind blond lady who also advised me on where I can find a bodysuit that matches my requirements.Highly recommend.

Was after a very specific sale dress from All Saints, after ringing multiple independent stores, one told me Selfridges London had it, so I called up and spoke to Sophie, who was really helpful throughout the entire transaction and very polite, (nothing was too much trouble). Great experience, can?t wait to receive the dress. thank you Sophie! ?
