The venue was good and everyone enjoyed the leaving drinks of over 50 people as booked. We had setup a tab for £250 and then extended to £500. Our bill was £950. The explanation was that one of the guest said take the tab limit off. How can that happen without tab owner?s consent?
Comment after receiving a response back: Not true. The staff had no answers so it?s just a PR message.

Overall impression was below average. I booked with Google which was smooth, however, when we arrived I had to search my table as none met us. I could attribute it to the high load but the place was half empty.
We waited for food and drinks for 30 minutes: this is ok for food but rather strange for drinks. Cocktails were mediocre, but their price talks for itself. We spent here 1.5 hours, and I came to the bar 4 times: the spilled beer on the bar stand remained untouched for the whole 1.5 hours (and probably more), not good.
The place might be ok as a pub, but not as a bar.

Awful rude.staff and unfriendly .. I came one hour away and the voucher didnt work for complimentary wine which says must be claimed Fri or Sat which it was ..the manager said I can't help you as if I give you the.wine it comes out of my salary !!!!

I?ve previously had a good experience here, however they recently served my sister a cocktail (after asking for a mocktails) and unfortunately she took a sip after six years sober. To make matters worse, after the complaint, the staff asked if she wanted the mocktail because she was pregnant. Absolutely disgusting. You need to train your staff better, there are plenty of reasons why someone isn?t drinking. I personally won?t be coming here again, neither will my family.
