I was excited to see the store and the luxurious items within. I was very let down with the snobbiness of staff. They are unhelpful and hover over you in store. Quality of items also very poor despite premium pricing?Feels more of a money grab marketed by influencers trying to promote a luxe life.AP used to be the ?It Girl?- Carrie Bradshaw- high life brand.. now it?s money grab trash. Disappointed and will buy from coco la mer or somewhere where my money is appreciated, quality is high and staff are pleasant.

After two months of wear, the buttons on the pajamas began to come off. My previous pajamas, which cost 8 times cheaper, did not come off a single button in two years.

Went in for the first time and absolutely loved it!! Assistance was incredibly nice and I ended up spending an hour in there because the stuff was super helpful and fun! Definitely recommend, so far the best lingerie store I?ve ever been to, especially for women with smaller bust and who likes a bit spicier lingerie.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. So I have to settle for a one star. My friend and I went in to do some browsing. My friend eneded up finding something she really liked and when we went to go try on, the women told us that the outfit we were holding was a display outfit. She didn?t even offer to get the non display outfit. I had to personally go ask her to get my friends size. She basically opened the drawer and closed it again. Did not even look into the drawer. And told us she did not have the size we wanted. Her attitude was absolutely unprofessional. She works in retail so I would hope that she would have a hint of people skills. I will never go to this shop again.

We went in, tried to try some staff on and for some reason they said they didn?t have our size (even though we didn?t tell them which size we were) and basically kicked us out. Never going back

Warning to the women out there - the staff send personal messages to men who make purchases from this branch. Messages - offering assistance and to "please contact me whenever" - are sent from a mobile phone on whatsapp signed off with the name of the serving staff.

The customer service is only nice when you buy an item, and when they want to do upseling. I wanted to return it w days after purchase. The box was even unopened. I have been told this impossible due to the policy! This is scandalous! This information should be provided before payment!Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price!

Extremely poor customer service ,negligence and giving wrong intimation about items few times so I waste a lot of time .I contacted the head office but unfortunately the customer service team and head management at western Europe kept the complaint for ages till the items that I was interested in were sold out then did not offer a suitable solution . Very unprofessional and extremely poor service .Dr.Dean

Great shop and durable lingerie sets but I stopped buying items in the shop since they have stoped stocking sale items.I only visit the shop to try out lingerie sets I like and then wait for the sale to purchase items online.

I had to write a review because I had such an incredible experience here. Sartu was such a gem and so incredibly helpful. She was extremely attentive and really gave me personalized attention. I ended up walking away with more than a few bras that I absolutely love and fit beautifully. Sartu was so knowledgeable and never pushy. I can't thank her enough.

I stopped shopping at this brand when they started using overweight models to advertize their products. Agent Provocateur take note- slim women are not a symbol of oppression by men, they are to be celebrated as successful, hardworking women who take pride in their bodies for THEMSELVES. So please stop replacing with overweight women who are not models in any sense of the word despite what you might think.

Spectacular service! I realised I packed no underwear for a night out (left the house in gym wear) and so with very little time to get to the store I called ahead and the sales assistant picked out some styles, as per our conversation, in my size. I arrived at 18.57 on a Friday night (they closed at 19.00) but I was still welcomed in and helped to find the ideal set for me. I didn't once feel like an imposition. That is truly great service, thank you
