Once again for the third time in the last few months.
I've ordered a pizza and turned up for the collection only to be offered the wrong pizza. I understand the staff works on not much more than a minimum wage there.But it's only chance the franchise can employ people who can understand the English language. And offer a good service.
Not impressed and now be purchasing pizzas from elsewhere.

The pizza arrived fast and hot but when I bite in to it was completely raw dough when I spoke to the lady she said she will refound the pizza but she never did.

I've been living in front of this shop for 3 years, and it's safe to say that I order here at least once a week. I never had a single issue, the quality is consistent and I think the staff is extremely prepared and efficient. Super fast service, the branch is extremely clean. I can see them scrubbing counters and floors way after midnight. Thank you girls for feeding me!

Very rude manager !Brought a pizza and was spoke to very rudely by male manager. Asked for a dip and had cash to pay. Was very condisending and insulting. Insisted I paid by card and then threw the dip towards my direction.Dominos is this how you train your staff.Not my first rude encounter in this dominos.Very disappointed.

A delivery was ordered for a severely visually impaired/registered blind student at Grad Pad. The delivery driver was incredibly rude to the student, with comments like "didn't you see me? Couldn't you see the box in my hand?" even after the student apologised for keeping them waiting and explained they couldn't see the driver. Even the reception staff commented on how rude the delivery driver is.This branch should educate their drivers on appropriate behaviour, and in particular not to use rude and discriminatory language to people with disabilities. Shameful!

They have a set temperature on the oven which cooks the food way to quick coming out uncooked. Burned on the outside but uncooked in the inside of the foods.
That's not very good. Different foods should be cooked more or less depending on the food .
but because they use a conveir belt on the oven the food coming out, is mostly uncooked.
Example : cheesy wedges. Burned on the outside we biting into , it crunches were the potatoes is uncooked , Now thats not very nice , isit.?
