Alcohol hand gel dispenser empty, delivery people entering cramped premises without a mask/face covering (no opportunity for customers to avoid), expected to use pen and pad which are not sanitised between use and surly man behind counter

The guys at Skot's are incredibly helpful and always on hand to offer advice on any medical ailments. They also will liaise with your doctor to arrange prescription collection.I highly recommend them.
