I ordered a sausage roll,as soon as I bit into it it was so cold and hard. I politely asked if I could wait for another one as I couldn't eat that.A lady proceeded to shout at me Infront of everyone that my attitude stinks ,I ended up just walking away silently.

Was very disappointed with the attitude of the employee at the till, purchased a few items and asked for a bag, but instead of handing it to or offering to help pack the items, she simply flung the bag toward the counter. While I was taking a moment to pack my items, she made a disapproving facial expression, which I found quite rude and unprofessional. Wondering what do they even have to show such an attitude. It?s just basic everyday food. What?s with the attitude.

I visited the Edmonton Green store to purchase a coffee and a cookie. When I asked politely for a large coffee, the staff member responded in an extremely miserable and disgusting manner when asking for clarification. This Staff Member then accused me of being rude! Carrying on like she wanted a full argument. While I've always received acceptable customer service from the staff at the Edmonton branch, this particular employee's attitude was very disappointing, lacked any acceptable level of customer service and made me very uncomfortable. It has unfortunately deterred me from wanting to return to the store, as I fear she may tamper with my food due to her aggressiveness. This experience has not reflected well on Greggs, and it has put me off from returning to the store in the future.

I brought couple of cheese pizzas and steak bake I ate them and felt they tasted off after 24 hours I was in the bathroom ? my stomach and I been in there since I wouldn't recommend this store to another for your health

The lady Carol did not even acknowledge my presence nor did she reply when i said hello.... When purchasing the cakes, I told her to add the white paper above so the cakes icing dont smudge the box, she looked at me and turn around...again not replying to me...if that is not bad customer service I dont know what is! I felt really unwelcome... And you buy something that Carol lady Nik you food from the company and give me a cold one calling customers fat not on she should get fried for that .
