I live 4 minute from the store, and the pizzas STILL arrived cold. How is that possible!? I don't think they cook the pizza properly it just looks melted and lukewarm it's gross.they don't even use correct thermal bags, so they're driving around outside just letting all the heat escape. I wish they would shut down this trash place. I'm getting a refund and not ordering from here

The staff wasn't that friendly and had no attention to customers, even my order was ready to collect (8-9min) waited for them to stop chatting and playing around and pay attention for the waiting customers.. awful!!

Very poor costumer service. (I?ve worked in hospitality for 20 years so I know a little bit about minimum standards and I can emphatise with employees in reasonable situations)I had an issue with my order (home delivery). I made an order specifying no bacon/pork (evidence in the receipt)I called to the restaurant to try to solve it and instead of being helpful and leave a satisfied costumer and a good image of the business they work for, the person I talked with, was rude and gave their unsolicited (religious) opinion about my order (they said that even if there was no bacon, the beef and chicken are not halal), information I never asked for, I just wanted my request followed (no bacon/no pork).We?ll end up having a refund from Just Eat with the evidence, but it?s not good for the business when your rude employees are not able to solve costumer problems and as a bonus they chase away all your potential costumers from a whole religious group?

Absolutely appalling service. The store opens up at 11 and I ordered just after it for a family lunch. Not even that far away and it took ages. Not just that but they also managed to get the order wrong on one of my pizza because whoever made it can obviously not read what I ordered and I doubt it was that busy as I?m sure I?m one of the first customers to order. Called back and not even an apology. Whoever is working in that store needs to learn some customer service. Im lost for words at this point because I honestly do not know how many other people have to go through this

Don't give them your card details, make sure you pay cash when ordering delivery as they stiff me twice, lucky I ordered through just eat. I like dominos pizza but it's not worth it. And they are recisit.
