Chemist staff helped me pick the right medicine, rather offer me the expensive inside counter but instead walked out got me the asda packaged one and it worked for Mrs. Plus it has a free car park

Unprofessional, slow, rude, lack of urgency, 0 customer service and empathy. If calling, It?s easier to get hold of the queen than this pharmacy. Horrible.

They're so incredibly slow here that you're left waiting for ages and I wouldn't mind if the staff were trying their best but they never seem to have any sense of urgency. I ended up switching to Edmonton Green pharmacy by the Lidl and they're way better.

Rude and unprofessional young girl pharmacist. She is a bored person of her job, saying straight up NO to customers (most of the customers are in pain, and that?s the reason we are coming at the pharmacy), instead of talking professional and recommending something else instead of that NO AND YOU CAN TALK WITH MY SUPERVISOR PHARMACIST. Very rude attitude towards customers, such a shame!

They are lucky they are getting a 2 star rating. I went there to get medication for my mum who is Sick at home. I waited 15+ minutes for it only to be asked is it for your mum. It felt like that was under a police interrogation. Avoid this pharmacy and I won?t be doing shopping in Asda anymore. Not worth spending a dime in there anymore. Poor customer service

Nice staff, sometimes there is a wait, but that's because its extra busy opposite a dr surgery and walk in centre which is open 7days a week 8am til 8pm..Pharmacy closes at 11pm Monday to Friday!Closes 6pm most bank holidays
