Hopeless. Terrible service. Waited for ten minutes to be seated while the waiter walked by several times and many seats were available. Obviously the staff are overworked and uninspired.

The food was alright though somewhat bland, but I think the ordering system is just impractical. There is both a conveyor belt which invites you to eat whichever small portions you feel like at the time, and a menu to order from, but you have to pay online any time you order with no way to build up a tab which I find to be a major inconvenience when traveling from a place with a different currency as I get charged for the conversion every time. Seeing as this is in an airport that should be worth considering. The item I ordered online was not available but I already paid so I had to settle for a similar option. Only a small selection of the items that are supposed to be on the belt actually showed up there. All in all the place combines the worst aspects of running sushi and ordering a la carte.

The manager(lady with the nose piercing) is a horrible person. Rude, arrogant and bad to the customers. Would never eat here again and would never recommend any other person do either.

Very poor service, arrived at around 7:55, there?s no seat available, after lining up for 20mins, we were told that the kitchen will close at 8:30, so why waste everyone time lining up for 20mins and be told that we might not be able to eat any hot food?End up ordering chicken katsu curry to go, curry sauce is very blend and little sauce was given, the sauce is only sufficient for barely half of the rice.

Good quality and freshly made Japanese food at Heathrow Terminal 3. Ordering through QR is convenient. Efficient and friendly service. Chicken Katsu had the authentic taste but was a little disappointed with the Miso Soup. Overall a pleasant experience and would likely to revisit. Keep it up!

Very strange system. You get to choose your plates like in any other conveyor belt and are expected to pay at the end with the help of the waitress. But when it comes to getting a ---Freaking drink!! It gets complicated. You need to scan a code, download an app, confirm your email, order the drink pay for it using the app so 5 minutes later literally the waitress comes 10 steps from you and opens the fridge to get you said already paid drink. Then, when you are done, you pay only for the plates you consumed. You can see older people struggling with the Freaking website to order a drink. So very inefficient. To make more odd, they have another section for grab and go sushi and drinks, and I found the same drink I ordered through the app for ?1 cheaper. So I could have literally walked to the grab-and-go counter and have my drink cheaper and quicker.

Ordered fresh sushi off the menu and saw them pull old sushi off the sushi train and serve it on a plate that was then served to me. The sushi looked like it had been sitting there all day and I couldn't eat it.

Utterly disgusting! Took one bowl of Edamame from conveyor belt. After tried a few pieces, realized they were all empty shells and someone ate it before and put empty shells back in the bowl and back on the conveyor belt.Talked to the manager. She was rude, no apologies offered. She quickly took the bowl of empty shells away and dumped into the garbage as if to erase any evidence.Definitely wouldn?t come back I fly from Heathrow very often but make sure to avoid every YO! in London.

Service was fast and friendly, revolving sushi was tasty but on the expensive side for what it is. but the ramen was a definite low point. wrong noodle type with no cling so all you taste is soggy egg noodle. Same with beef bowl. beef was more crispy over cooked that relied mostly on the sauce for flavor. would not suggest.

Usually Yo! Sushi provides quite decent quality, and since all airport food is inherrently expensive, sushi can even be a reasonably priced option. But at Yo! Sushi in Heathrow Terminal 3. Even though it was not the busiest time, the staff was clearly overworked and undermanned.Getting a seat took a long time, and having drinks (that must be ordered ordered online) took over 10 minutes, which is a long time at a running sushi. Especially compared to just ordering it when being seated. ordering online, it also turned out that only a third of the beers on the menu was actually available. There was no wasabi or pickeled ginger at the tables which is a natural at every other sushi restaurant - incluing the three or four other airport Yo! Sushi's I have visited earlier.Instead of this, the sushi on the running belt was soaked in mayonnaise, chili sause and other "creative" sauces. Which to some extent made up for the lack of ginger at the same time as hiding the lack of taste in the fish and rice. The sushi bits themselves were clearly the worst prepared I have ever had at any sushi restaurant (and even inferior to most supermarket sushi). The various inside-out maki rolls looked inviting on the running belt, but the preparation was so dry and loose that they makis all fell apart when trying to eat them. As a last resort I picked a plate of traditional makis, but these were not only dull, but lukewarm and in no way fresh-tasting. So I had to let them go back, and after some arguing with the "waiter" was allowed to only pay for the crumbling inside-out makis.

Had a family lunch with 20pp, which is reasonable for airport. sushi belt is full of choice, tastes delicious with a bit ?, seat is tight after a few minutes waiting
