Super expensive. Not fresh food, staff takes forever to get the check. It?s especially important in an airport to check out people quickly when people are rushing. Would not recommend.

The scope of the selection is not magical. Changeability ok, the belt moved nicely quickly. You could also get extra portions from the list. Rice lager is a refreshing and pisitive tasty surprise. The flavors are just right, the prices are high, the stomach was full.

Overpriced, soggy sashimi and sushi rice, nothing taste fresh, a mass production without soul. Also slow service asked for a tap water and waited 10 mins - they simply forgot.

It is a airport restaurant, so food as expected not very good, it was okay. The dumplings in my noodle soup was actually not bad. The place was extremely busy and narrowed space, so don?t expect much service - the last sit beside me said the miso soup was bad - and suggest them to not serve to others.

Price is on the high side and it is in pound. Ordered 4 plates for 2 people for 28£ and we were not full. Good taste still. Still reminiscent of Japanese food. Fun environment with the sushi plate conveyer. Friendly service

Sushi was ok, nothing is very fresh. My main complaint is that after getting the plates from the conveyor belt, they still charged me a non optional 15% service charge! For what? The service charge was also not disclosed anywhere. Felt scammed.

???? Overpriced!!! not Japanese food. Please check carefully of the price? a plate of machine made sushi = a KFC burger?
I tried the chicken ramen? I will say.. cup noodles is better than it. A cup noodles is around £1.5, while the so called ramen was > £15.00-.

We enjoyed the experience but I wish there were more vegan dishes on the conveyor belt to select from and marked as vegan and vegetarian.

Just bought the take away sushi but they refused to let me sit at the bar and eat. WILD! I understand if I?m taking space away from another customer but there were many open seats available. When I showed my disapproval they didn?t care so so sat at Cafe Nero. The guy let me sit there even though I didn?t buy anything from them. Honestly crap service!

Good food! However it amazes me how little professional the staff are (mainly Indians)
They were constantly bantering each other, swearing in Punjabi ( I am African but I speak their language) they probably didn?t realise I could understand them, using racial slur towards me as there is no black people eating sushi. I wouldn?t step a food into this place. I still think the food was nice but the Indians working there should have a hard look in the mirror

Only used DROP OFF MY FAMILY AND EXPECTED BARRIER PAYMENT ON VC EXIT SO HAD TO GO ROUND ONE WAY AGAIN AND RETURN TO TRY AND PAY . I phoned 2 numbers on the signage but unable to pay as I DO NOT KNOW THE PHONETIC ALPHABET WHICH WAS UNREASONABLE REQUEST. WHEN I RETURNED HOME TO CANTERBURY KENT 2 Hours Later I phoned again and the VOICE RECOGNITION WAS VERY POOR FOR MY PURE ENGLISH ACCENT AND TOOK 9 MINUTES WHICH IS A DISGRACE . OLD PEOPLE DO NOT ALL USE INTERNET PAYMENTS ETC AND SHOULD NOT BE BULLIED INTO RIGID RULES TO SUIT YOU AT A PUBLIC AIRPORT DROP OFF SPACE .
