Absolutely disgusting. Miso soup had a tang of pot noodle, the sushi rice just fell apart and the fish was flavourless. Mostly the fault of the ingredients, I'm not expecting fine dining in an airport chain store but JFC. £2.85 for a can of Sprite also. The Sprite was quite nice.

Setting was nice and clean however the food was poor\\nVisited at 10.15am and ordered a chicken katsu curry, the chicken was not freshly made. My guess is that it was reheated from the previous evening, the coating lacked any crunch and the meat itself was chewy.\\nI am afraid I didn't bring it to their attention as I had a plane to catch but it shouldn't be like this in the first place.

Excellent service. Excellent stuff\\nVery good taste. Value for money.\\nVery clean kitchen. Everybody use gloves in the kitchen (you don?t see often in UK)\\nAnd they change them very often.\\nCongrats to the Managment.

I had a really stressful experience getting through security at Heathrow Terminal Two as I have a metal plate in my right leg. By the time I got through it took 1 hour and I was hungry and angry. I love sushi and popped into Yo! I was meet at the front by a really polite staff member who took me to my table. Good came in good time and was yummy, enjoyed a nice glass of Asahi. After going through so much stress through security, Yo!'s excellent service, friendly staff, great food calmed me right down. Thank you Yo! team, your the best!!!

Bought dinner, paid, and was about to sit down at a table to eat it, but the rude cashier told me I'm not allowed to sit down because I already paid. The restaurant was literally empty, and there was plenty of room. Not cool.

Very nice place to eat sushi with nice and friendly staff. They have everything online: you need to scan qr code to register, then you got seated, and then you scan qr code for menu. Once you've got all this, just add what you want and checkout. Next thing you know your dishes come along on the tape and you just pick them up.\\nNice thing is that about half a minute before your order arrives the LED strip starts blinking yellow, and then when order comes to you the tape stops and the LEDs become green. Hard to miss and no need to catch things on the move ?

We waited outside for quite a long time, the staff were all busy, might be a sign of recruiting more people?\\n\\nThe chef or the waitress forgot one of my orders made us a bit hurry to catch the flight.\\n\\nThe food quality is not as good as the one we had outside, we had Yo Sushi Bristol the night before catching the flight so it?s quite obvious for us to compare.\\n\\nWe also saw some flies on top of the plates which are not very hygiene.

I love this place. Of course sushi is never boring, but a lot of places offer exactly the same stuff all the time. This one does not. I wish their choice of materials for cutlery and the like were more environmentally conscious but the food is excellent and the decor is fun.

The sushi plates sliding by automatically, just pick the dish/es you like, was nothing in particular. The service was lousy because it was completely crowded. To pay just call for service again and ask for the bill, then they check number of and colour of plates and drinks to sum up the total. In total, for some reason, I liked the experience

Staff so helpful and friendly. Staff name Waqas and Kim. They are welcoming and always smile and also hard working. I saw customer next to my table complain him but itâ??s not his fault but he very gently talk with customer in a clam and a good manners. I just want to cheer them up because sometime customer not always right.
