0!!! Not again!! I go there as it a Shell station but the in house stuff is not professional always on phone. It's in uk but they don't understand English soo unprofessional. I would say good place not good people who are working there!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! 1st time, I received a parking ticket for parking for more than 20 minutes,when I had parked less and then went to McDonald's, which allows 1 hour (no need to mention that in total I stayed for less than an hour. I paid for this as they didn't accept my apeal.
Now, two years later,
I received a letter from a debt collector for another ticket that I have never received bullying me to pay £170.00.
I work in Heathrow area, and I use the station and McDonald's quite often, and I am aware of the time limits!!! I have never stayed longer than the allowed time.

I had a flat tyre and ask for some assistance and they said NO. They just told me to move my car in the rain whilst I had my two children in the car. No care in the world to even give me advice told me to look on Google. Crappiest human interaction. Retraining needed to be given.
