It was like going to a crazy house party with good friends to celebrate. Staff are helpful and reminded us to be mindful of residents when leaving. Excellent vibe.

Unfortunately as a regular, I have to point out an issue. One of the newer staff James Coop went to beat up his boyfriend in front of security. It was dealt with but he during that day anD NYE acts threateningly towards me since I saw it and didn?t joke around with him about it. He threatened to get me banned and gave me death flares even days later which makes it uncomfortable. After seeing someone almost beat up by him, having that very same person stare you down as they struggle to handle their rage while they drink is scary. On NYE someone started an altercation and I kept trying to walk away. While the security didn?t see what happened and told us to separate, the security allow her to get me where my back was against the wall. I did not feel supported and every time I went to the restroom she tried to get guys to start a fight which made me feel very physically unsafe. Between both issues, and the fact the former is now highlighted on your socials and his physical assault of someone was swept under the rug, I no longer feel safe in what I considered my safe space. While we need more LGBTQ+ bars that support women and trans rights, ultimately I?ve had the sad realisation that it is just a bar, and when faced with uncomfortable situations, the staff, no matter how nice, won?t pull through. Why I?m sending this now is since then, the abusive staff member is now highlighted. Him and his BF are in a toxic relationship that we shouldn?t be part of, no, but regardless of there personal issues, the fact that this person did physically assault someone right outside the door and is allowed to continue working there and act anti social and scary to those that didn?t tolerate seeing it, means that the bar isn?t truly safe. I might as well have gone to a straight bar.I hope that upon reading this, the bar staff I have come to know and love don?t take offense and instead act upon this. I felt the need to say something as it makes me very upset that this is going unnoticed not being dealt with. I was too scared to raise it further for the backlash from the unruly two it would bring and didn?t feel supported by the staff around. Please do better. It?s not enough to highlight labels, it needs to be generally safe. It is very sad to see a bar where I brought my family, both blood and chosen, to come to as it. Was a space I was promoting, to now not feeling safe to be there. It feels like a community lost and just such a disappointing let down.My heart feels broken that I feel I need to say away from some lovely people, but ultimately I think it?s skin deep if some scary characters like that are not only allowed in, but are put on a pedastool. I realise not all staff may realise this until reading this, but I was advised to say it so it?s out there. After all a better world for the LGBT+ didn?t come from not saying anything.

Fun and friendly gay bar that doesn't have a pretentious feel. For London, Zodiac is a really fun bar, which feels warm and friendly. The owners are great and Saturday nights are funny.Only gripe is the sporadic charging on the door to get in, paying £5 to get into a smallish bar is a bit much and actually puts me off going on a regular basis, but it's good for a one off.

Zodiac has such a friendly inclusive vibe. I chose this venue for my event as it has a great sound system (very important for a singer!) wonderful helpful staff who made promo, ticketing set up and getting the sound right on the night really easy and smooth. The venue has a great buzzy atmosphere, a ?club? feel with really inviting glam decor. I can?t wait to hold my next event there!

We celebrated my wedding there. It was very nice, cosy and fun. We had our wedding during the day reception at home and then party in Zodiak. Staff was very kind, a lot, Ron is a unique kind person. He decorated the VIP area for us. Our guests were very happy. We had the karaoke available since 6 pm up to the drag queen show. Also mine Straight friends had fun and the place is a safe place. Everyone was just about celebrating us.I recommend it guys.

Hi! I?ve been to Zodiac a few times and wanted to write a review based on my always positive experience. Zodiac is one of the most welcoming accepting LBGTQ+ bars in London. Everybody there creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere which makes for a really enjoyable night. I?ve seen a few performers who play crowd pleasing songs and get the crowd going. Most recently I went with my dance group and Zodiac cornered a section off for us. The staff are all so lovely I can?t recommend it enough!
