Katalin who was looking after us tonight was absolutely amazing. We came in to quickly have something to eat as we were rushing for a train. Katalin was really understanding. She has served us drinks, food and bill in really good pace. We have managed to be home on time.Katalin was extremely professional, kind, polite and friendly. Food was brilliant!!! ?Thank you Zizzi !!!?

We eat here quite regularly and the food is always lovely but today, Zizzi, you lost our clientele because you insisted on seating us squashed up with a load of other noisy people, although there were about 15 free tables on the other side of the room. You should give people the choice.

Food was amazing too! What a fantastic time we all had.
Dietary restrictions: Fantastic for Gluten free as menu easy to follow and Marie made it no problem as she found out who was GF straight away so all food was going to the correct person.

Very good place in the center of London, it has its special vibe, we waited a little while to be served and the Italian girl Manuela who served us was lovely, we have not had the same experience in other restaurants where, not being from here, they treat us with more coldness and little empathy.

Our waitress was especially lovely.
Vegetarian options: The options are as interesting as the non-veg.
Kid-friendliness: Much appreciated the birthday candle for our 12 year old. Kids menu is great.
Wheelchair accessibility: You woujd need to check if there's a lift as there are steep stairs.

Very cozy and nice place, with warm and welcoming stuff. Katalin helped us in choosing the dishes we want and at the end we were very pleased!
