Julia has been incredibly amazing. She listens to all your requirements and provides with the best solution. Has amazing customer service skills and patience. Amazing work and of course they have amazing jewellery, got 2 of my precious rings from them.

Went in by chance with my mother to look at some engagement rings. Was seen by a lady called Julia, she was super nice and helpful. The selection of unique pieces were amazing too.

I purchased a sapphire ring yesterday and everything was perfect. Julia showed me the rings I wanted and explained to me the cut, the size, the carat and everything. She answered my questions and was patient. She showed me a variety of other designs and I was pleased. She was also very friendly and sweet. The team also were friendly and offered us refreshments and chocolate. I was told that I could always come back if anything happens and overall a 5/5 experience! I love my new ring and will come here again if I want to purchase diamonds. Thank you!

I have been using Zend Diamond store in London remotely , I must admit that they have demonstrated an excellent customer service all through the choosing & delivery process .I must give credit to Julia especially as she has been closely & very responsive to all my queries & questions , I believe she should be the store manager ( if she is not so already )I will certainly use Julia?s professional services for my future jewellery needs .
