Had to wait 40 minutes for them to get an item from the stockroom for me even though they kept assuring me it would only be 5 minutes. No apologies were made.

Terrible shop. Girls that work here are so so rude. The vibe it?s so bad. Managers seems to treat their staff with disdain I witness it on the till a few times.

Worst experience ever, bless the employees they have to work in this environment. As soon as I entered the store the heat came up on my face, it was unbearable. The staff looked exhausted as well because of it. I couldn?t stay inside the store for more than a minute and had to leave.

Yesterday I went to Zara Covent Garden to ask if I could exchange a perfume I had bought the day before and opened from Zara Stratford. I was told it would be fine, but since the perfume I wanted wasn?t in stock, they asked me to come back the next day.
Today, I returned and was told by someone claiming to be the ?manager? that exchanges for opened perfumes are not allowed ? in a very annoyed and unprofessional tone.
Zero interest in customer service and completely inconsistent information. Very disappointing experience.

Woman at the men?s counter this afternoon was so rude. I could not believe how someone working in customer service could act so pissed off that I made her actually do something at the place where she?s paid to work.
I hope your boss reads this and makes you find a new job that doesn?t require you to deal with customers.
It was also unbelievably hot in there.

every single time i enter this branch, without fail, the changing room staff are always more interested in chatting amongst themselves and shouting and laughing to each other across the store. apart from the lack of professionalism, they are also incompetent at their own job. I?ve been told three times now as i?m leaving the fitting room to correctly fold or hang my clothes the right out onto the hangers, and then hanging it at the rack. are their roles to just chat about instead of actually managing the fitting room? atp i should be paid for having to organise the clothes. might as well tell me return them to correct section in the store ?

Zara really need to step up on customer service. Staff at the desk were rude, didn?t acknowledge me when I was waiting for a refund in line, no eye contact. Next time I?ll just shop online

Do not shop here if you have a mobile phone with you, as most people do these days. It is likely to get stolen and staff are not interested in helping at all. It happens multiple times a day apparently! The staff are aware this is going on but yet no security is in place to try to prevent it or help when it happens!
