Had to wait 40 minutes for them to get an item from the stockroom for me even though they kept assuring me it would only be 5 minutes. No apologies were made.

Terrible shop. Girls that work here are so so rude. The vibe it’s so bad. Managers seems to treat their staff with disdain I witness it on the till a few times.
