Beautiful collection, the brand is wonderful!the service in this store was a delight and both Daniela and The new manager really went the extra mile for me to get the right size for a much needed replacement cashmere.. i will be back to the store again

My friends, who adore Zadig, and I are frequent shoppers at the Hampstead store, however recently it feels as if the new manager does not care about the customers at all. In fact, on several occasions she was extremely rude to me (I thought this was personal, but my friends have also noted the same issue). We?ll be going to the St John?s Wood branch for now, and will only be back in Hampstead once this changes. Shame.

The Zadig Hampstead store customer service has been brilliant.I had dropped in at the store and liked something but my size was not available. However the sales assistant Laaya and Agatha were very accommodating and called another branch and arranged the item for me. They could have easily said sorry this is what we have. They went the extra mile.I was able to call them a couple of times and make adjustments and reserve some items too. They were very polite and understanding when I wanted to try out different items.I love the vibes of this store and it always radiates a friendly and relaxed feeling to shop here. Everyone follows covid regulations and I felt safe browsing and shopping here. Will visit again.
