Shop manager very unhelpful and arrogant, refused to accept the government energy voucher to top up my electricity and gas despite being loyal customer to the shop, he asked me to come back another day because he was busy! I will never go back to that shop again

These guys masquerade as an Amazon Hub, but if they think the box is too big they will simply reject it and let it be returned to the seller. Why even act as an Amazon Hub if you don?t want to do it?
