I came to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch after the zoo with my kids. It?s quite expensive but I guess you are paying for the name Gordon Ramsay. The beef roast was tasty but I would have liked a little bit more gravy. Our French waitress Selina was good and very friendly, especially with the kids! We are considering returning to try their set menu.

What a gem of a hotel! Arrived after a cancelled flight and immediately felt welcomed, beautiful rooms with plenty of nice touches in a characterful building close to Regent?s Park. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, lovely staff particularly Oana. Great food as well as may be expected!

We stayed here on Saturday for my 60th Birthday. The positives were: very friendly, very helpful staff especially the lady that was on reception at the time, nothing was too much bother. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely. The negatives: no hot water for a bath or shower, the stair rail leading up to the first floor was very rickety, the stair carpet was grubby, the stair paint was very, very chipped, there was a dent in the wall and on one of the tables in the dining room, there was a chunk out of the side. The breakfast was luke warm and served on a cool plate. Although I thoroughly enjoyed Camden, Gordon really needs to update this hotel, it's very tired looking and certainly not worth £350 for the night. 10/10 for the staff though.

The rooms are small (think paris hotel room), we were in #1 which is at least quiet. BUT there is a bright green night light high up in the ceiling, which would definitely bother some people. Also there are no spare plugs for laptop and other chargers - so I asked for an extension cable and got on my hands and knees to plug it in under the desk. On the positive side the front desk staff are great and so is the breakfast. We didn't have dinner. Not sure I would stay again, I think its overpriced.

The hotel where my husband and I were staying recommended this restaurant to us and we were not disappointed at all! The setting is very nice, the menu is quality and despite a bit of a wait between courses, Célina (probably the room manager) was adorable and took great care of us and the tables around, thank you again!

I?ve just been for Sunday roast at the restaurant with my family. We?ve been waiting for kids burger , chicken burger and roast beef for 40 minutes. Of course my beef came cold. Like rest of the food on the plate kind of good temperature but the meat totally cold. Manager did replace the whole plate but it?s very disappointing especially with such a long wait with restaurant not being busy at allFood & drinks: Tasty but long wait and cold food at the end
