Kasra Karimaghaei at the Edmonton branch was excellent to deal with. Despite us taking hours to decide the details each time we attended the showroom he was extremely patient with us (even though he missed a lunch break) and was very helpful in designing a few variations to help us decide. Communication both in the showroom and remotely was top-notch and he always kept to appointments and checked-in with us frequently both before and after delivery of our kitchen. We ordered a couple missing items and they also were delivered seamlessly within a week. The kitchen/cupboards themselves could have been better made/quality as they chipped in part during the fit and generally does not feel as sturdy as the 20yr old kitchen we ripped out. Thank you Kasra for everything!

Sanjay Bhopalsingh provided an outstanding service. We arrived at the wrong Wren branch late one evening without an appointment and Sanjay was so helpful and efficient in producing plans for our 4 bedrooms. He explained very clearly Wren products and services. Demonstrating excellent customer service, he was very personable without being too pushy. One of the best wardrobe or kitchen salesperson we have ever dealt with. Thank you Sanjay.

I worked with Sanjay at the Edmonton branch to review, render and set up the install of my kitchen. From start to finish, I found Sanjay to be knowledgable, and he offered valuable insights to a first-time renovator like me. Overall, the customer service experience has been great and I?d 100% recommend Sanjay (and Wren).

Really sad that I have to cancel my lovely wrens kitchen that I've already paid the deposit for! The home measurements appointments cannot give me an appointment time therefore we cannot book in the measurement appointment with the estate agents. Without the measurement appointment I do not feel secure to go ahead with the kitchen purchase. Will need to find another supplier who can give me an appointment time.Wrens maybe rethink this way of scheduling appointments.

Great experience! Ask for Greg, would highly recommend. Kitchen planning to delivery was seamless. Kitchen all installed and running, no issues so far. Used our own builders.

Excellent Experience!We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Wren Kitchens for the fist time and we couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. We have used the Wren for our Kitchen renovation project.We had Beata P. as our single point of contact reference throughout.Her ability to understand the customer requirement is pretty good, as we had multiple changes to our design before we agreed OK.But every time she was helping us in order to provide best possible service.Definitely recommend Wren for any budget sensitive project.

Got our kitchen design done by ola who was nice when doing so. After we went home he changed things up with his manager and increased the price saying some things were changed around and not added. When we enquired we, we were told 5 different reasons for the price increase, till a week later after constant calling and complaining. Ola just messed up everything and went on annual leave without even caring or sorting things out saying another colleague will take over. EXCELLENT SHOWROOM AND DESIGN EXPERIENCE BUT CHAOTIC AND STRESSFUL DELIVERYThe showrooms are vast and give the customer an excellent idea of the range and possibilities of all the Wren range of kitchens. Staff in the Edmonton branch, which we visited and had our kitchen designed, were helpful and friendly.Our designer, Greg Stanley, was efficient, friendly, professional and excellent taking us through our idea changes and answering our questions regarding creative, technical and logistical aspects of our kitchen.We are more than happy with the units which are now installed. They are beautiful, robust, easy to install and, given the very modest price compared to other retailers, a touch of affordable luxury able to withstand comparison with Wren's competitors - even those in the bespoke bracket.On these criteria I would give Wren a 5 star rating. However I have reduced it to 4 star to reflect the extremely unhappy experience with the delivery during which the driver threatened to drive off without delivering our units because he was unable to get to our front door and refused our - and Google Maps - help to get there

Initial consultation was excellent. But the whole experience post purchase was atrocious. Damaged and incorrect items, staff never available to get hold of, and the ones that are say there will do things and they don't. Managers are non responsive. Wren have all the tools to offer an excellent customer service, they just need better staff. Never again.

Extremely poor quality kitchen.The cabinet & shelves are poor chip board material. Although the one we purchased was Infinitey Linea & Infinity plus range. Over £12k.Quite a few items got delivered chipped and dented.Re ordered them which took a week and still same issue in the profiles . Although I paid £72/profile.Plenth had edging missing so anyone sitting can see the chipboard on the machine and dishwasher openings.The service from the showroom / account manager was non existence (poor) once they get u signed & deposited , then it?s u and the head office /call centre.I wouldn?t recommend anyone to use Wren as I myself am regretting it a lot .

My designer was Sanjay who was patient, caring and thorough. From the start of the journey to the end, Sanjay promised he?d be available for any queries or concerns i may have along way.
