Highly recommend this shop for honesty, quality and speed of service. The kind gentleman cut my key for a very fair price. Worked first time. Forget going to the den under Tesco, the one beginning with 'T' and ending in 'n'. Their price borders on an insult.

Had my boots repaired with new soles. They are now more comfortable than when they were brand new. Service was quick and they were ready in a couple of days. I was told what kind of replacement would work beforehand and very happy with how they look now ?

They are professionals and explain how they will fix it. I find the customer service, quality of repair good too. The prices are reasonable too. Timsons Woolwich quoted £8-10 for the loop to be fixed on the back of boot. But Woolwich shoe repairs did it for £4.

Both service and pricing is exceptional.I had shoes resoled, the guys did an excellent job, perfect for the rainy and wintery season.Then I also tried the sharpening service, and the guys restored them to basically factory sharpness, well worth it.Note that they cannot do serrated blades.They also sell other things, for example key fobs, and leather belts. Key cutting also done here.Very friendly and genuinly helpful on top, so what more can you ask for?

I have been a customer for many year, but after my last experience with them I will never be back. A very expensive suit was destroyed by their dry cleaners. They deny responsibility, did not provide updates on the situation, they didn?t returned my suit for over a month. Pushed me to resolve the problem directly with the Dry Cleaner I never met, saying that they were not responsible. What a mess. Suit destroyed, no receipt, no customer service.

A key i got cut here didn't actually work in my lock, but the staff were so lovely and cut a new key for me, which did end up working. Great experience and amazing staff!
