Stunning store in beautiful part of London. I have been in the store recently, outstanding customer service. I almost tried every shirt and staff was very helpful and patient. Love the product but customer service has elevated the whole experience.

I bought various shirts from here and I left a review for one of the silk shirts piling after 1-2 wears. I left this comment on their website and it never got posted. Very bummed to be leaving this honest review. I love WNU’s shirts, but recently had a truly awful experience trying to return items to store. 5 stars for the products, but genuinely it’s been a 0 star experience re the returns process.It’s been 8 days since the items were returned to store, and the refund still hasn’t... read full comment
