Absolutely unfair prices. A bottle of oasis and a small pack of M&M's for £7.50? Would not be normally more than £2.50, even on higher side I can think of £4 together. but £7.50 is insane. Jungle rule, no one to reprimand.

Stupid survey and donation screen at self checkout made me miss my train! It's not enough that they rip you off with items at 3-4 times the price in supermarkets, they make the checkout very confusing. Watch out there is a charity donation built it by default and it's confusing to opt out. I would think this is done on purpose and they get a hefty commission on the donation but they are far too stupid for that. It's just sheer old British retailer incompetence! Hopefully their deserted high street locations bring the company dowm soon so they can be replaced in train stations by a better company affiliated with Lidl or Aldi and staffed by robots. WH Smith belongs with Dixons, Thomas Cook, Comet, Maplin and BHS in the dustbin of failed British stores.
They are only artificially propped up by their predatory train station and airport price gouging. I for one shall not miss them whey they are gone...

1 pouch of Benson Hedges is charged £49.99, you are not hearing that wrongly. £49.99. Can someone explain that to me please? Shocking, while you can get it from opposite around £16. And the survey on the payment devices is ridiculously delaying the payment process.
