This is one of my favourite shops. Love the clothes and a great personal service with Sheena who has a real knack for spotting clothes that suit. A real gem in our very own Herne Hill. A retail experience that is second to none.

BUYERS BEWARE- don?t purchase anything from this store. I spent £300 a few weeks ago and was unable to try the items on as Sheena?s (one) changing room was busy. I had my two young children with me and couldn?t hang about. The sales assistant didn?t tell me on purchase there was no refund available. Tried the items on at home and decided they weren?t for me. I returned the items within two days, with the tags still on. I wrote to Sheena and explained my situation. She refused to offer me a refund. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sheena obviously doesn?t value repeat business, nor does she value her customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I love White Feather. I have been a customer for a long time now and I find that the clothes I bring back from White Feather always become my wardrobe favourites. Sheena helps you to select clothes that work for your budget, body shape and lifestyle. White Feather is often ahead of the game in terms of what is in fashion and you will find unique stuff that you won't find on your average high street. Go in and see for yourself.

This is a great independent boutique in Herne Hill. The stock is amazing, varied, and ever updating. Because it's a small local shop the owner knows her customers really well, so service is very personal, and I find the styling advice invaluable. Also found them really helpful when I've had problems, recommending swaps for instance when I've got home and changed my mind. They've even replaced buttons which came off.

My wife purchase some items that she could not try on at the time, the one changing room was full.Decided later she did not like them and returned them in exactly the same condition with the 7 day period and was refused a refund. Terrible service would advise no-one to ever purchase anything from this small minded store that has a ridiculous returns policy that does not suit today?s business environment. Now making the choice never to shop there again but she has £300 she is refusing to refund. Sheena the owner has been completely unreasonable in this matter and escalated into something that is now affecting us personally.Why?

I shop regularly at White Feather. I hate shopping, but the owner is so helpful and knows exactly what looks good together. The stock changes regularly and there is always something for every occasion.The staff are always helpful, they managed to contact the supplier and find me a coat that was out of stock! Can't wait for my next visit.

White Feather Boutique is a bit of a hidden gem, an independent boutique filled with lust-after pieces, beautifully curated and run by the very lovely Sheena. Only a few of each item from hard to find brands and a regularly changing stock makes this the perfect place to pick up something special.

Some nice clothes but I had a really poor customer service experience. Told I could take item home to try on and return. Brought it back within the 14 days perfectly intact in bag with ticket on and receipt and discovered this was not for a cash refund. This was not made clear to me initially - just a very casual 'yes of course just bring it back within14 days'.I understand small boutiques run with different constraints but you need to be clear with your customers. If I had known I would not be refunded in cash I would not have taken the item to try on at home.Following this I was told I would get a call from owner that day who had my returned skirt (not remibursed) and no call came. 5 days I had to go into shop again to chase this up. She still did not call me - her sales assistant did to tell me the answer was no. She did this quite nicely.If this was my business I would want to keep a customer who has already spent several hundred pounds in my store and would keep coming back. I would at least want to speak to her personally to hear what her experience was. I would what her to tell local friends and potential new costumers she recommends the shop.

I love this boutique. The clothes are amazing - all small independent (scandi mainly i think) brands. Really interesting and well-chosen - not what you'd expect in Herne Hill. I go back often and the staff are friendly and helpful (I totally disagree with the previous reviewer!!). If you're looking for a proper boutique experience - with advice on what works, how to wear it - then this place is for you. There really isn't anywhere else like White Feather round here!
