Stayed at Westpoint Hotel London Paddington and had a good experience overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was handy for getting around London. Paddington Station is nearby, which made travelling around quite easy. There are quite a few hotels in Paddington London, but I was happy with my stay here. Would consider staying again.

Man what a joke, i am here now. Staying in a bed that someone has already slept in, bin was full, both in the room and bathroom, dirty cups, towels used. Went out for almost 8 hours, asked reception to clean, they didn't. Then blamed the last staff even though she had towels in her hand looking guilty and knew why we had come back down stairs and started saying but, but and making excuses. What a joke, came back after a few beverages expecting it to be cleaned, the young guy and lady on the desk when I left didn't look like they cared, came back and it didn't cleaned. Useless service. She said I can get you a new room but you will have to wait until tomorrow put your luggage in storage while the room gets cleaned. What a joke, I went out from 12.30 until almost 8.30, you couldn't give me fresh towels and bedding and empty the bin, the toilet had been used and had marks in it and you had around 8 hours. I just took new towels and went to bed in a used bed.

I stayed here for just a few nights with my boyfriend and our experience was lovely. From the beginning when we were met at the reception desk Claudio was really sweet to us and after it when we needed some help with a room he solved everything very fast. All in all I would definitely come back because the location is really convenient.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience! A special mention goes to Claudio, who was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His friendliness really made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable.
The room was very nice! The only downside was the bathroom sink, which has two separate taps, one for hot water and one for cold water. It would be much more convenient to have a single mixer tap, as adjusting the water temperature with two separate taps was quite inconvenient.
Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel!

I stayed here for a couple nights with my bf. We came from Mexico to London for the first time. Hospitality is remarkable, especially Claudio, who was super friendly, and gave us amazing recommendations on places to visit, gave us directions and overall just took our stay to the next level!
The room was comfortable for two, and the hotel is walking distance from public transport stations so it’s very convenient.

Not a great hotel, the room in the basement was pretty grim and I’m sure we so mouse glue traps under the bed…

This hotel is horrible. It looks decent on the outside but the rooms are awful. it is outdated, the towels and the sheets smelled, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, the room was dusty and not clean, there was no hospitality or good service whatsoever, no AC, and it was an awful experience. Do not stay here.

The breakfast at Westpoint Hotel London Paddington was probably the most disappointing I’ve ever had in England. The orange juice was from concentrate and had no flavor, the coffee was weak, and the sausages tasted like paper. Even the milk for cereal was curdling.
The rooms themselves were okay, though it seems Expedia bookings are often placed in the basement. I’d recommend booking online through Expedia or Booking.com for lower rates, but the breakfast is a real letdown.

1. The room smelled extremely bad. Very musty and had strong odor of pesticides. I developed severe chest pain and was feeling disoriented by the next morning due to the air quality. This was despite leaving all windows open and using two fans all day and overnight. I checked out early and booked another hotel next morning as this was unsafe and a health hazard.
2. Very shady hotel. The take your passport and make a copy of it on check in. They wouldn't even let me check in until I dug out my passport from my luggage.
3. The wifi was terrible, and there was no cell service in the room. I had to go to the lobby to get cell signal to look for another hotel.
This hotel might be cheap but was an absolute nightmare to live in. I lost the money on the rest of my booking as it was non-refundable and also an extra day of my vacation as I had to rest and recover from the health issues I developed here. The only positive thing I have to say was the location and proximity to Paddington station. Was just a 7-8 min walk.

No hot water. Broken fan (no A/C) 34 degrees outside) Smokers in the next room. No ice available. Small room. But at least it’s close to the station. I won’t be coming back here. Staff are friendly enough but that’s about it.

Don't wait any extras (like one time use slipper) Bath is a small bath, room is a small room wardrobe os a small wardrobe.
Location is perfect. Only 1 minute to paddington station. Reception staff is friendly. We prefer to have breakfast out of the hotel. But we saw the line of the people waiting for breakfast
Room cleaned eveyday thanks to all staff.

For 3 days of our stay we had no hot water whatsoever. Instead of being able to shower properly, we were forced to boil kettles of water and wash in the sink.
This is not what anyone should expect when paying for a hotel. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff.
Despite raising the issue multiple times and asking for help, we were met with rudeness and a complete lack of concern. At no point were we offered an alternative room or any meaningful solution.
To make matters worse, we discovered a glue mouse trap underneath the bed. Glue traps are widely condemned for animal welfare reasons and their use raises serious questions about the hotel's health and safety standards, cleanliness, and pest control practices.
Finding this hidden under a bed was shocking and completely unacceptable.
The combination of poor hygiene standards, the presence of a mouse trap, no hot water for nearly half of our stay, and staff who showed no interest in resolving the situation made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Customer service was non-existent, and basic guest welfare appeared to be an afterthought.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It's more than okay for a couple of lights and the location is amazing.
Massive thanks to Claudio for helping me switch rooms 🤌🇮🇹
