Well stocked little shop with lots of variety. Came in looking for some vegan halloumi (which they had, yay!) And ended up with a few other yummy bits that I can't wait to try. Lovely member of staff at the till, again contrary to other reviews I felt very welcome. Only note is that there's £5 minimum for card payments but let's face it, there's so many tempting products that it likely won't be an issue ?

It should be great having a shop like this on our doorstep, but it?s always a disappointment. Badly maintained/stocked and staff tend to be grumpy or uninterested ? so much so we don?t visit anymore.

This is a great shop, lots of beautiful produce (teas, seeds, vegan, ..) one can?t find anywhere else on Sydenham Highstreet. I have been coming to the shop for some time and always a nice experience (bit puzzled by negative comments here esp about service?!), the staff have been very helpful.

Unfortunately I have mostly experienced unhelpful and disinterested staff who do not offer useful answers or suggestions to customer queries.I've been a retail assistant and I know what good customer service is. SadlyI have not yet experienced it here although the range of products sold is great.

The staff in this store are unfriendly and lack customer service skills. They clearly don't know their products and are unable to suggest anything useful for specific concerns. I will never shop here again and would never recommend. The girl behind the till is unbelievably rude. The staff are also not wearing masks in store during the pandemic, which is unacceptable.

Shopping at this shop for years, apart from the really kind staff, but NOT the male owner / manager which I find rude and unprofessional.Lately I found lack of attention in replacing dairy products from the racks / freezer, in fact I bought a butter block which was gone by two weeks, taking it back I found that the others sitting in the fridge were also expired!I also bought a faulty facial cream jar, this wasn't replaced free of charge plus the manager / owner gave me a rude answer and a weird look when I was trying to explain what happened. Where he should only be ashamed of selling expired food and faulty products instead of being rude!Expired food / Well Being Health Foods doesn't sound right?!I'll never shop there again.

First time using this shop have to say the lady who was serving me was very polite and funny great with customers , She was a polish lady(I think) excuse me if I got the wrong country but over all happy with the shop look forward to trying again

The owner never wears a mask and seems incapable of social distancing. It is all so quite overpriced. I won't be shopping here again.
